“From PBO in October - to paraphrase - Small Buisness accounts for 65% ( more like 75-80%) of jobs in the US. Can you explain why he did not admit to this last Jan/Feb? Perhaps stim was needed for the companies with large SEIU membership! Still no money for SBs and for many it is too late. Making sure that there are PRIVATE sector jobs is a basic economical principle.”

Better luck next time, I suggest you start with Adam Smith, ie. the very basics, and then move forward from there.
I'm fairly sure that when you say that private sector jobs need to be stimulated, you mean incentives to investors in the form of some sort of taxcut -- that results in a pocketing of the money given that there is no consumer market to speak of at the moment for things besides the sort of essentials Walmart has manufactured in China.
It's all so easy when it's all so oversimplified...which is why people tune into the radio. If music doesn't soothe their soul, at least there are guys to dumb it down and repeat platitudes that are easy to remember in lieu of having to realize just how complex and interconnected a problem is, and how long it's going to take to unsnarl the knot...if ever.”
