“She forgot where she put $100,000 cash inheritance??? Really? I don't think so, unless she has alzheimers or something.”

“You have to think outside of your own mind. Not everyone is as bright as you are or has the same memory you do. Everyone is different. People lose things. Yes, misplacing that kind of money is ridiculous but it happens.”

“And, an elderly person having Alzheimer's or dementia is so far-fetched? Really? I don't think so.”
“Sure because I am sure he was saying, "I'm gonna go kill that B*&^% and foaming at the mouth". Seriuosly, it's a jail, not a psych ward, I'm sure he seemed okay and they released him. If he posted bail, what could they have done? If he seemed off, they most they could have done was tail him.”
conrock54 on Jul 12, 2013 at 00:36:48
“They could have shipped him off to a hosp on a 48 psych hold.”
“Obviously you are not of an opressed race or you wouldn't be ranting about "politicaly correct b/s". Educate yourself in the "politicaly correct b/s" and you might acutally change your tune. Do you use racial/racist words that you know are racist? If not, I assume because, you know it's wrong. Whether you are racist or not, you know society says they're wrong. Her gesture is racist, I doubt she meant it to be, but the action is still racist. Just because you don't see it that way or it's not overt racism doesn't mean it isn't racism.”
“I don't get why people are soooo concerned with the way others look. Why do you think you should be able to "care about" and dictate what others wear. Why is your business? Why do you care? Oh sure I get a policy on too revealing clothing, but other than that. A person is who they are REGARDLESS of what they are wearing. The choice clothing doesn't change who they are nor does it chage what they do at work.”
“What point did I miss? That you think this was all the doing of the big guy on the sky? And that he has a plan for everyone? No I didn't. And if your point something else, well mud is clearer than you were. ”
“What does "race" have anything to do with this, race was no part of the article. Are you saying, there are other ways of to abandon a family, other than the literal meaning, such as staying at work. Again race has nothing to with it, a type of man, but not race.”

“Is this article a joke?
People don't clean an iron to have a clean iron... a dirty iron can RUIN clothes when ironing. So yeah it needs to be cleaned.
I don't see the rest of the things as that crazy. The ribbons there are shirts or skirts with ribbons on them, if they are all crinkled I don't see ironing them as crazy. If someone is sitting around ironing a box of ribbons... well... to each his own, I wouldn't, but hey.”
“OH!!!! Well then they had a DAILY reminder this man was coming back. They should have sold long before he even went to prison. They knew what the min and max sentance was for him. They knew he wasn't going away for 20 years.
It doesn matter how much property he owns. It would still be easier for him to sell. He deosnt have to sell all of the property. The law pertains to where the individual resides and if his residence isn't in the house next door then there isn't a problem.
Courts don't force people to buy things they didn't contract for. Where do you draw the line? What family trying to sell a home do you draw the line at. The next thing you know he's going to be forced to buy 4000 acres of land. What if he doesn't have the funds and a bank won't loan it to him? Then what? He'd have to sell part of his property. So that really makes sense he has to sell his property to buy up other poperty. Again it would be easier for the courts to rule he should move. Along the same lines as a restraining order. ”
“It seems to me they have alterior motives. Don't get me wrong, I get were they are coming from. BUT the easier answer to me would be make him move. He's the one who comitted a crime, he's the one who can't keep his hands to himself, he's the one with issues. I would think it would be easier for a judge to rule in their favor, as he should have to stay away from his victim.”
Gertrude McGee on Mar 28, 2013 at 23:47:36
“That is because you only have PART of the information upon which to make a decision. He owns over 68 acres surrounding this family. It is NOT easier to "make him move'”
“You're right that it doesnt someone did something wrong, BUT you can't run around with 20K, without questions being asked, it had to of come from somewhere. You can't make more than 10K in cash (cash in/cash out) transactions on a bank account, in one day, without the bank reporting it. WHY? The laws were established becuase of money laundering. If it's legit there won't be any problems.”
“I too had the same thoughts of the comments that I read below, but after watching the video, I can see the moms side. Why is a Misty Hancock sending the message, why not an offical police dept FB account. They thought it was strange message, and the first message was sent less than a week after he died.”
“I'm sorry, but the man did say it was about a hamburger. Sure if he's been abusive for 52 years, it's about other things (his control over her, etc). But he wanted a hamburger, she wouldn't make it... So it was about a hamburger.”
Purple Shell on Jan 30, 2013 at 17:46:28
“He should have made is own darn hamburger. How stupid. But that is the way the older generation of Eruopean men think. They are the boss and own the wife. And the woman are taught that they must do what the man says. Very sad. I know because I am from a family that was headed by a man of Eruopean man, but thank goodness they finally divorced. He was not physical with her, but the stress was great.”
“Well if you're that dumb that you can't follow a thread, then sorry, then one could say about you, that you've probably never been to college or HS for that matter. But I have been to both, never stayed in a dorm, military barracks, but not a dorm.”
