“Whether this guy is right or not, over the top or not, I really appreciate the fact that he's out there criticizing Obama and his crew because most of what he says cannot be argued with. Most of what he says is fact as per what we have seen. It does little good to talk about what this administration SAYS, or what they have percieved their intentions to be....
Actions speak MUCH louder then words. knowing this brings us right back to what Talibi is putting the very bright light son, and we're left realizing that Obama is truly serving a non-transparent master of some kind or other that we really can't see, leaving us with the great majority of us going "What the hell is going on here?"....
Then we hear from the likes of Elizabeth Warren, who's integrity is IMPECCABLE who so ardently reflects the facts that our middle class isn't just disappearring, it's almost GONE.... And we realize further that Obama really needs to make some corrections and come clean with us about whether he really intends on serving us, the American people...... Or a bunch of corporations....
Sorry.... Try as you may, you can't do both, Mr. President. It's already been rigged from a long time before you ever came around.

“Ms. Warren, would you please look around you and when you see someone who'll take the point seriously, see about developing a grass roots campaign to support your ideas into some kind of proper representation for us. ?
I think you should be the POTUS, but I know that's a far-gone conclusion that has its gulfs . I don't care what you may conjure up, to run for an office you choose, or to support someone, start a whole new party; I don't care... I trust you.
But please, ma'am, can we think about getting people to show their support a little more then just listening and nodding our heads? no one can honestly win a debate against you. Your integrity's impeccable and can't be diminished, no matter what anyone says.
This grass-roots campaign could have its inception right about now, and if put together correctly, grow to mammoth proportions because there are simply way too many of us out here who are living exactly as you've just described. We're scared, ma'am, and we're starving... Starving for real leadership.
I like Obama, but he's obviously deeeeep in bankers pockets.... I feel I don't even have time for him anymore. He's made his choices, chose the banks over us, and I don't want to even waste my time thinking about it. I can't afford to.
But Ms. Warren, we need you.... We need your smarts, we need your integrity, we need your leadership.
Thanks so much for being who you are.”

“What frustrates me is knowing and remembering, since I was there, that had we left Vietnam in 1969, our world now, looking back 40 years later would be relatively just the same, there's not that much of anything that would be different...... Except that 35,000 American soldiers would still be alive, not to mention thousands of innocent civilians.
The greater courage, no matter WHAT Obama says today, would be to stand up to all the power mongers and say that this campaign isn't worth the life of one more American soldier like Kennedy said to his own personal staff in October and early November of 1963 about Vietnam.
Kennedy never had the chance to stand up for the nation and proceed with getting us out of Nam, but he'd already stood up to the power elite when they tried to sucker him into the war with Cuba in '61, and he said no. The Joint Chiefs demanded that he initiate a pre-emptive first strike on Cuba and the Soviet Union during the Missile Crisis and he held his ground... And said NO.
Obama would be the hero of the world and a peace loving nation if he stood up to the power Mongers and got us out of both those countries NOW... Immediately.
40 years from now, it will have made no difference. Except that hundreds of American soldiers and innocent civilians would still be alive.

We have everything. The best universities, hospitals, technology. in the WORLD.
It's got to be the best, the easiest to employ.
That's the mission here... is it, or is it not?
.
This mission makes us better. A nation where healthcare’s a right, not a luxury.
We should rally strongly AGAINST those who say government can’t run healthcare. Lugar , and every republican, is in this way against the people.
So many politicians spend so much time largely at the behest of the private insurer's lobbying, saying that govrnment can't do this, that government is the wrong thing, or entity to count on.. They should be saying the opposite, that this time they intend to see the government succeed.
With the transparency of a well developed system, this can happen, better then anywhere else in the world. This is what the pivate insurers are desperate for us NOT TO REALIZE.
It's time for a patriotic politician to stand up and denounce those that say our government can't do this, because they're not just wrong, they're cowardly, selfish, unpatriotic, uninformed, and UnAmerican.

“Richest country on the planet does not provide healthcare for its people.
Richest country on the planet now has 1 in 8 people needing food stamps.
Richest country on the planet has schools that have been crumbling for decades,
but eager to build schools in Afghanistan.
Richest country in the world - now has more than 49 million people who
do not have access to dependable food supplies.
Richest country on the planet has politicans who have their health insurance
paid for by the people's taxes - while these politicans deny health insurance
to the very people who pay for their healthcare.
Richest country on the planet 39th in healthcare.
When the flag wavers scream - we are Number One - ask them at what?”

“"The president could press Congress to close the tax loophole that allows managers of hedge funds and private-equity funds to pay lower tax rates than their secretaries. He could ask the country's largest pension plans, mutual funds and endowments to come up with voluntary pay standards for their own managers and traders, but also for any banks or money managers they do business with. "
-This is the LEAST Obama could, or should, do.
The fact that there is even a question of who's side is he on is quite legitimate and absolutely shameful, in my view. The very idea that he would be running counter the benefit of the people is against everything he supposedly stood for in his platform that he was elected on.
Wise up and stop worrying about it, Mr. President. Get rid of Geithner before he causes you any more lost support. This support is a lot more valuable then your handlers are allowing you to realize. You're going to need us sooner then you think.

“If we left Afghanistan now, what would be different if we'd stayed 5 more years, 30 years from now?
Very little. Not enough to justify the killing of ONE MORE AMERICAN soldier.
This is the fundamental lesson of Vietnam. If we'd left in 1969, instead of 1975, now, very, very little would be different, in terms of what it would require of our country, except that we'd still have 30,000 American soldiers who wouldn't have been killed.
Ignoring history is not just foolish, it's essentially criminal, for what is at stake here, for our country and the world.”
