“I think this was a good article, but I also believe that nutritionists and dietitians are a different breed. They make different assumptions about what foods are "comparable." I'm not a fan of the amped-up coffee drinks, but if a person craves a super duper mochaccino, it does little good to point out that a regular coffee is 5 calories and - hey! - why not add some exciting milk to it for a few calories more? Not the same thing, my friend. Like trading potato chips for carrots.”
