I will never be a Republican as they are but I envy them their fight

This is not about what is left in the bill and how good it still is. This is about a history of spinelessness that permeates Dem leadership and makes them losers. No one can take a good thing and make it disgustingly unpalatable like they can. What was the deal that Obama and Reid made for Obama to support Lieberman over Ned Lamont? What did we get for that deal? What deal was made for Lieberman to keep a chairmanship? What do we get for it? We can go back to the Clinton years also and the DLC for more of the same.
I am disgusted and I hope the Obamas, Rahm Emanuels, Reids, Liebermans, Ben Nelsons and the Dems who cannot fight them see this on their way to the lake that they should go jump into.”
