“I wonder which president stopped sending millions of dollars to countries around the world who were suffering from huge amounts of babies, and woman becoming infected with HIV if these countries would not teach “abstinence only” sex education.
AND if they mentioned condoms or any other form of birth control, they would lose the millions of dollars also.
Meaning, this president I am asking about KNOWINGLY stopped funding countries that wanted to teach “safe-sex”, and the use of condoms to help stop the spread of HIV to pregnant mothers who were passing on this HIV to their babies, because they wouldn’t teach the “abstinence-only” program that has showed to be a complete failure.
