“Man, Lovely and smart Arianna Hufington hit
Larry Ludlow’s very sensitive nerve when she
Said, in 1999 he predicted the Dow index will
reach 50,000 By 2020. He went ballistic, acting
like a bore, talking over every one, getting down
into a defensive crouch. I can only conclude, his
over reaction makes me conclude the my sweetheart,
Arianna was 100% correct, and he was in full
defencive mode at all cost. He sure made a total
fool of his self, defending the big banks, Ha!!!!
You really know who holds his purse strings.”
America Without a Middle Class

America Without a Middle Class

Commented Dec 03, 2009 at 00:40:16 in Business

“The moral morals of Americans has changed,

as long as I'm getting mine to hell with everyone else.

The shame that came to the greedy is no longer an embarrassment.

And lastly, the biggest contributor to the destruction of the middle

class is that just about every politician male or female is corrupt

and I say that without equivocation, and would sell their mother for the

almighty dollar. They are team-mates with the corporate lobbies.

But worst trick of all I call the BLACKWATER SCAM, getting at the

taxpayers money though the back door. And it all appears legal.

The politicians are aware that a large Government contract is to be

to Backwater in the near future. The stock will jump in price and

so will the dividend. The politicos, including the two George Bushes,

Dicky-Boy Cheney all the Congresspersons and Senator slowly take

a heavy position in the depressed Company stock, they then let the contract go,

the insiders bought low, the stock sky rockets and Whal--la another monetary bonanza

for the insiders.

I lived the middle class dream. My children are living the middle class nightmare.

Have a nice day!”

I suggest we send the scam artists to Guantanimo, and/or

“Because the vast majority of people, including many policy experts, don't understand TARP. It's intentionally difficult to understand because many of the subsidy and funding mechanisms are secretive and the money trail is obscured by them. One thing which is certain is this: TARP is not primarily a loan, but functions instead as a subsidy (aka welfare).

The vast majority of libertarians bleating about "personal responsibility" for struggling homeowners, those without health care, and other sufferers and the working poor don't know, care, or fail to understand that the level of welfare and subsidies given to banks and other private tyrannies dwarfs TANF, Medicaid, Medicare, or any other assistance. Most of them don't even understand that Medicare is government run. Due to the level of ignorance or malice it's difficult to have constructive dialogue with them.”
