There were never any bad loans made by Fannie or Freddie.
When the banking crash came Fannie and Freddie only had .04 % bad loans on their books which is far below any amount acceptable for banks because Fannie and Freddie did not make NINJA loans. The Community Redevolpment Loans they made were back with block grants to cities and states. That is where the Republicans pull your chain and make you think Fannioe and Freddie were making bad loans.
Fannie and Freddie had accounting problems of moving forward 3 days some loans that were made to count on a bonus report. That was it. The accountants got caught and were discplined. End of story. But not for the Republicans who need a whipping post and can;t find a real one.”

I suggest we setup small communities with single bedroom flats where seniors can go to a community kitchen cummunity laundry facilities. This would save millions or billions over time on aide to the elderly and other thing where they are stuck with retirement gone lost to wall street.
If we do not there will be a great harm done to a lot of good Americans who have worked hard all their life and been good citizens.”
