“The other thing is you're going to get old. You're going to be pretty much out of it in a young orientated world. And the society in general is going to start treating you poorly unless you have money. If you do have money then you're going to have you're wallet catered too. And sadly you are still going to be old. and feel old. And have infirmity and death staring you in the face.”

“That hasn't been my experience. The most flattering type of youth is youth at heart. Those who remain young at heart will always be a delight to everyone they touch. If you find yourself being "treated poorly" as you age, you would do better to stop looking in your mirror and start looking inward for the cause of that.”
“Obama isn't the greatest of leaders but the unprecedented barrage of obstructionism from the opposition party in an attempt to flat out destroy his presidency no matter the cost to the country is unprecedented. And given what they did to the Clinton presidency, that's saying a lot.”
“ACA had no bipartisan support because the traitors who represent the republican party set out to destroy Obama's presidency every way possible. And then trumpet some lie that there is no bipartisan support as if the fault lay with the president.”

“No bipartisan support simply meant that no Republicans voted for the bill? And the fault belongs to the Democrats, and the president is a Democrat.
See how that works? Not exactly a conspiracy, but opposing views. Sorry that the whole world doesn't follow your exact mode of thinking.
However keep voting Democrat, become reliant on the entitlements, and when the Democrats need your support, they'll simply threaten to remove the entitlements that you may have become dependent on.
Look it up, during the debt Ceiling crisis, and the sequester, how many times did the President threaten Social Security payments or Social Security Cost of living adjustments (COLA) publicly?”
“And you have a clue as to what is wrong with ACA? I notice a paucity of information on your part. Holding back a Palinesque raving of nonsense sentences strung together in the hope that something might be coherent?”

“The key phrase here is"game changer for some." The naysayers are correct about weather, terrain, personal hygiene and overall inconvenience. It's a big breakthrough for the few who get their positive self worth from it.”

“Weather and terrain are valid issues. Personal hygiene is less of a problem than with ordinary bikes - you don't pedal, so don't break out much of a sweat. Inconvenience? I'd say convenience. Beats the parking song and dance.”

“I would suggest at least some of the naysayers have probably never tried to ditch the single occupant car and try cycling/walking/transit. The denser the city, the more sense it makes. If you live in a community designed for the car, like most suburbs, cycling can be challenging. I do see it done by the more confident riders, but many are unwilling to change, despite the benefits. Embrace your limitations, they're all yours!”
“I am revolted by Cruz but it would be a mistake to think a college drinking stupor will inflame people enough to be rid of him. He needs to be attack unmercifully on his demagoguery, lies and crackpot ideas.”
