What's up with that and why should that even be a consideration here where an auto accident is basically the whole story? That's like expanding the whole scope of this minor accident don't you think? 2. Yeah, but it WASN'T proven that he was cheating. Even the so-called other woman denied an affair. So far it was just heresay.

People won't care if YOU DON'T CARE. You give them that mindset because you don't show them the right way you wish your complex should look. You don't give them incentives to make them want better, so they don't do better.

So how do you expect people to live like they're in a palace when they are in a jungle?”

“The same as you would house anybody else. You just make rules and regulations that you have every intention of keeping, that's all.

If you tell a tenant that they are not allowed but so many to any specific apartment, then that should be a rule that is enforced on a regular basis. But once you allow them to bring in as many family members as they can, the place is eventually destroyed by too many habitants in one place.

Plus you should enforce living regulations like keeping apartments clean and sanitary with unexpected reviews to make sure. If they break the rules and regulations after their first warning, then they are out. Then you might get people who are more responsible because that's what has happened here in our city by quite a few apartment complexes and they are kept beautifully, no matter what financial group of people are living there. The poor as well as the rich can live together with restrictions that make people do the right things.”
