When you see people that lose 50-100 lbs you have to wonder why everyone isn't trying to do the same.
It boils down to will power. Am I going to have a salad and soup for lunch or am I going to kow tow to my cravings and add a 600 calorie 57 mg of fat burger to my plate?
That's what pisses people off, the excusing of it, the lack of trying. I have a friend who is morbidly obese and I fear for her. SHe has cellulitis now because her obesity affects her circulation. She rasps and wheezes when she walks and talks. She was not always so. When we go out to a diner she eats fried food- bingo! Choices. We have free will people, let's use it.”
