“i've always thought that we should be able to destroy hurricanes rather than simply deal with their damages naturally. my thoughts were different than bill's. instead i thought perhaps we could use weapon technology to basically blow up the hurricane. basically a a clean nuke sized explosion without the radiation, or any harmful chemicals. basically a massive air bomb that would break up the hurricanes cyclical pattern and momentum.”
