“Happened to me about 6 years ago. Get a notice in the mail that there was a default judgement against me, and I wasn't even served to go to court. Couldn't get any help. All the lawyers wanted money up front. Furthermore the outfit that won the lawsuit ended up having to pay all these penalties for illegally collecting debt. I made payments on the debt, then they started getting sent back to me. Don't know if the company folded or what, but the judgement is still on my credit report.”
“I had an entire 6th grade class make fun of me when I was in the 4th grade. I had an aunt who was less than 5 feet tall and less than 100 pounds always tease me. It gave me a complex for the longest time, furthermore it made me self conscious.
Not to mention the fact that perfect strangers would smack you on the behind, or yell out their car windows with assumptions about your person that weren't true. However, after the age of 30, I learned to accept it. But yeah, a lot of trouble finding jeans, and shopping in general. Everything comes full circle. The one thing I got made fun of for is now something of envy....go figure....”
“I really don't get it. If you can't serve someone because they live a way you don't agree with, then why are you in business? Are those same people who want to exercise their so called liberty gonna deny services to divorced people, single parents, people who practice a different religion, (or none at all)? What would those same people say if they themselves were denied service because it was against a business owner's beliefs to serve Christians?”
“To which tradition is he referring to? Being sold to pay off your father's debts, to consolidate power, or marrying your husband's brother after he dies? Millions of people don't have "traditional" families....doesn't make them any less special. Just because you're in a "traditional" marriage, doesn't make you superior. I'm starting to develop the theory that these little naysayers speak out because they feel inadequate in other aspects in their lives, and their marriage is their only solid accomplishment.”
“.....and the dinosaurs will let out their might roars, lamenting their impending extinction...then they will speak no more. It's the equivalent to watching the wicked witch melt...just be patient, she'll eventually dissolve.”
“Hey Mrs Palin, how about you contribute to the conversation to eradicate the need for the discussion of "race cards", "religion cards", "gender cards" , "sexual orientation cards" and "cards" in general?”
“Those beautiful girls are very lucky to have so many people who love them. Some aren't so fortunate. Love is love, and shouldn't matter what package it's wrapped in. Kudos to the two fathers....and I can identify with the little girl's expression...my hair was murder to get a comb through at that age...lol!”

“I can completely understand the relief when an abusive parent (or in my case, grandparent) dies, and the fact that you're so scared of them, it freezes you in place. My grandfather terrorized my mother and grandmother, to the point, my mom has been in therapy and will continue to need therapy for the rest of her days. When he was alive, and in the hospital, my grandmother was so terrified of going in the room, she had an "accident". I was just a kid at the time, and I hated him. When he finally passed on, nice words were said during the memorial service, but as I sat next to my mom, I vehemently shook my head when they referred to him as a "wonderful person".”
“People who wallow in their own misery, tend to try to bring others down into their quagmire. You're a human being, and it's hard not to take hatefulness to heart. The only way to temper hate is with love. Bless those who say hurtful things against you, and perhaps they'll find someone or something that makes THEM happy enough to stop spewing their hatred against you.”
“Thank you very much. I will! :) If your philosophy is indeed the proverbial true path, then I would stand in front of Him and thank him for giving me the opportunity to create my own heaven while I was alive. Personally, I'd rather burn in the pits of hell with those who tried to create a heaven for themselves and those around them, than spend an eternity in heaven with those whose words and actions caused hell for others...simply because they didn't conform to a sense of "normal". Namaste.”
“Sorry, but I don't walk your path. I choose to experience God with my own eyes, and not with the words of long dead men. From what I've seen with my own eyes...God loves us all...and we are all gifts. With all due respect, you can quote all the bible verses you want...I'll use my own words...”

“Tell him all about how your words meant more than His as you stand before that White Throne.”
I blessed you with a loving son, and you want to throw my gift away because of who he loves. But that's okay...I will make sure to put him in touch with people who love him as he is...because he's perfect THE WAY HE IS...and believe me...I don't make junk...

“GOD did not make junk ..that is true.. but due to the fall of man entropy has entered the stream of man kind... deterioration and death is not of Gods choosing it is a gift that was chosen by Man and God has honored that choice ..so if you must find blame ..blame mans choice that was influenced by our desires and the influence of the Gods enemy..”

"You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination."
Now the scripture experts that scream that Jesus never condemned homosexuality in His own words. True but neither did Jesus condemn pedophila in His own words.”

“Beautifully-said. Fanned and faved. It seems with some of these people think a child is a precious gift from God, until the child does not turn out as expected. Then the gift, apparently, can be thrown away. Sad.”
“Why hasn't Trump released what he supposedly "found" in Hawaii? If it's that damaging, then why not release it to the American public? Arpaio intimated the same thing...where are the documents? I'm waiting.....Furthermore, I'm afraid to vote for Romney...I don't know which Romney I'd be voting for.....”

“The one who has so many Bush advisors, that's the one.”
“Can't you see that this is viewed at a minimum as insulting to all Americans, but particularly to black Americans?" asked Williams.
Gingrich replied flatly: "No, I don't see that." The crowd erupted approvingly.
Of course he wouldn't "see" that. He's never been a poor minority, nor has been disparaged for being such. I've worked since I was 15 years old, and my mother, while receiving government assistance, tried to earn a little extra cash by watching other people's children, and it still wasn't enough. So yeah, I do get offended when he says that poor people don't have a work ethic. Most poor people I know, have a better work ethic than rich people. I see it everyday when I go to work!”
