“THANKSGIVING
This is for all who embody a spirit of giving and expect no thanks for it.
For in the smile of one who hungers or is cold is there all the thanks one needs.
WHO; who indeed are the ones who hunger, are cold and have not shelter or food to eat? Are they not in a city anywhere in the world; out in a farm or ranch, shanty towns; how many countries would be free of this malady?
WHAT; hunger, disease, shelter, a job to even try to alleviate some of the anguish of what is called life but is no more than existence.
WHEN; Is it not happening now and has it not happened throughout history and yet is there nothing, nothing to excuse a heart, a home, a city, a country yea the world from helping a fellow heart, a fellow Soul to at the least survive.
WHERE; Does it matter where one is in pain and sorrow, for sorrow follows the pangs of hunger and a sidewalk or a floor of dirt to sleep on, do we not know that it may be next door, a stranger, a friend, family, some hearts across the globe?
How; Give of the heart, give of the mind, give a penny, give a morsel, mix with love and that is the real spirit of thanksgiving.

“MOTHERS KNOW
There are books and there are parents and friends and other relatives that would advise and would deem it a help and yet a mother knows because it is there in her heart and soul.
Is it an instinct, no more than what motivates other species? Nay, for all other life forms they abandon and yet a mom will not ever leave her child without love and a way to a goal.
Mothers know limits of knowledge, talents from the cradle to wherever this new soul would wish to go and have their back in this road of life that has many curves and bumps.
It can be a lonely and frustrating this life road especially within these bumps and curves when their growing soul is needful of courage and spirit to deflect or take their lumps
Who out there does not know that mothers know all that is going on with her offspring and the FBI and CIA could not even get close.
She knows what goes on in the heart and with that it is a done deal that she will look you in the eye and be aware of all those little secrets that, to you seemed hidden but were as secure as the smell of a rose.
Mothers know, Grandmothers know, Great Grandmothers know that it is all true because they have all been there and I don’t know anything past a Great Grandmother.

Here we have this Uncle Sam who used to be a generous sort to the less privileged and many pockets for the things of peace like the sick, infirm, the poor , the needy and to give all a chance to live a dream to the future.
Yet it has been for many years where this Uncle Sam has emptied his peace pockets and filled them with war implements, ideas, groups; not for the defense of the ideals set forth from our beginnings
The pockets are deep and giving to the privileged, the greedy who would not share and a war machine to help them acquire what they would from whoever they could with no thought to life or limb or others property or goods or any dream they may nurture.
This Uncle Sam is starting to look ratty and worn from being a practitioner of usury with the less privileged and loading up the “other class” and borrowing to and from the future, if any, from the pockets of peace. Peace has more pockets but empty ones and the war ones would keep it that way by hoping that we are nothing but lemmings

Islamists; how ironic that they are of the same blood as the Israelis and yet they fight each other like they had not similar histories and the same God but from a different perspective. Humans have put so many words into “religious tomes” that sound so grand and uplifting but in the end are empty because the deeds do not follow. 72 Virgins if you go out and kill another soul; this does not so much sound like a spiritual heaven but a sexual one, there has got to be more but it escapes me. I’m prompted to write this because of what my eyes see and my heart feels about religious fundamentalism and all that goes with it. Is there any difference between a fundamentalist from a third world country and one that is born and raised in a country where education and religious freedom are taken for granted?
We have many words about this freedom but few deeds as one can see from the wars and other clashes that we are into. The Christian faith is into this in a big way and that includes all the different ones so there are virtually no exceptions. We say we believe in a God of mercy and we show no mercy to so many of our own people and the rest of the world? Forget it; as we do so are we and we will be eternally haunted.Co

We the people of the US of A have come to where, other peoples have been and some who still are.
We the people spend more on a warmongering war dept., misnamed the defense dept, than all the rest of the world by far.
We the people agree, for we do nothing, on the ongoing mayhem going on in Iraq and Afghanistan and where ever else we decide that people should do as we say , not as we do.
We the people think I or me is more important than “we” and act as if the rest of humanity and whatever else I or me can use no matter the cost to all of the “we” peoples or the environment is our due.
There can be more written but my heart wont let me and tears fall from my eyes but no one can see the ones that flow from my heart and soul for a “We the people” that went to I or me the people.

Pain of the body saps the very strength out of the will and renders any form of relief the one to get a body back to where it can function as before.
T’is the same for a pain in the heart and or soul and how can it not be so? When it is all one, in this life, evermore.
See your life feel and know how the strength of your will has led to all that you hold close and would keep.
Are there cures that would rival or maybe even surpass all that pain is and torture a body even unto sleep?
It is so and it is here that the will is most vulnerable and the heart weakens and has let desire to rule.
Hold to your strength of will keep love close, of the Creator, of wife, family, friends and any and all who would see you well but know that strength of will is your primary tool.
