“WRONG. It is the motto of a most honourable group of Americans dating back to the time of the Revolution. My Dad was part of that organization, joining up right after Pearl Harbour and serving to the end with honour.
That some would misuse this honourable motto of the United States Marine Corps to justify their political agenda is no different IMHO as a proud son of a WW2 US Marine than the very false prophets that Christ warned would afflict the faithful.
To claim to use the motto of the US Marines as justification to specious Social Darwinian philosophy is no different IMHO than claiming that the rule of law supports the right to force one's belief on others as long as they are wrapped in a xerox copy of The Constitution.
