I'm not saying walk in lock step with him...but why don't you stop, and realize that you don't know HALF of what's going on as to what President Obama knows.

Obama's Weekly Address: 'Economy's Growing For First Time In A Year' (VIDEO)

Commented Dec 05, 2009 at 15:59:28 in Politics

“President Obama's weekly address focuses on the job report numbers that were recently released showing 11,000 people become unemployed in November, a better than expected number. Obama acknowledges that unemployment is still very high and that the public is feeling the pain of recession, but he also sounds an optimistic note, saying "our economy's growing for the first time in a year."

Wow, it's almost like NO news is good news. I think its a bit sad when just a little blip of HOPE is about all this administration has to gloat about after all this time. Yes, the economy has a heartbeat again, but guess what OBAMA, WALL STREET never missed a beat, thanks to you and your bumbling stumbling economic Key Stone Kops.... Summers, Geithner and whoever.

Main Street has taken a back seat for the entire ride... the rich get richer and the poor..?

Well in 20 friggin years, that's all that will be left, rich or POOR... with no middle class and to think you have a chance to do something about it.. and WHAT are you DOING? You sure talked a good talk when campaigning, I mean what great speeches. NOW President Obama, it's time to act... to actually do something. If you don't, the Republithugs are going to be back in the saddle and our HOPE, our cherished CHANGE will never come. Get with Obama.”

Fox News has a consistent point of madness from one end of the day to the other.. CNN is playing mature kids to the wild bunch egging the windows outside. “NO, the reason FOX is winning the ratings war... is because they have MORE affiliates than MSNBC... if MSNBC had as many the ratings war would most definitely tilt to MSNBC. Its simple math.”

lafayette2009 replied on Oct 27, 2009 at 12:12:34

“MSNBC is a premium cable package and the Cable News Networks have the lowest ratings in the TV ratings "battle" both for broadcast & cable networks.

In the morning and evening news shows, the regular broadcast shows beat and cable network hands down.

NBC Today Show has 5.5 million and its' Nightly News pulls in between 8.5 and 8.8 million
ABC Good Morning America 4.0 million and its' World News pulls in an average of 7.7 million
CBS Early Show 2.8 million and its' Evening News averages 5.8 million

Compare those figures to the top Cable News Program, which is FNC.

Fox & Friends in the morning averages just over 1 million

Bill O'Reilly is #1 with an average of 3.42 million
Sean Hannity averages 2.44 million at the moment so nearly 1 million switch off when he comes on at the 9pm Prime Spot
Glenn Beck who was pushing O'Reilly a few months ago is down to an average of 2.8 million

As long as NBC tops the prime ratings I don't think they are losing sleep over MSNBC, which is a JV between them and Microsoft and it is also has a very strong web following.”

Sold out to the Pharmaceutical Companies.

Insurance "Reform" will mean no Public Option, no controls on the Insurance Companies and they will likely be given more access to the public feeding trough.

Unless a major health reform bill which keeps the Kucinich amendment for state Single payer insurance is approved, people will not FEEL any real health care reform.
