“Look on the label inside your drivers door. My corolla was built in the US. My dodge ram was built in Mexico. So which workers made US dollars? The profits on prius aren't going up because the car isn't chi chi/fast enough for people with money and too expensive for the rest of us. Now they are making them bigger and more expensive. It does does sound like they have hired GM marketing managers.
Since they have all the technology - why don't they make SUVs and sedans capable of 200 mpg? Because if they keep making improvements that they already know how to do, they can keep introducing new models for trade-ins each year. Planned obsolescence. Get educated.”

“They are assembled here.. the most expensive parts are imported..
In the case of mexico.. the most expensive parts including design and testing are done here, thenshipped acorss the border... then the car shipped back..
Prius not making money or just recently a slight profit is per Toyota.
Note Toyota sells other hybrids in the 35K plus range.
Note TMC has almost never paid a corp tax in the U.S.... showing losses. It makes it money on a VAT rebate tax on exports... as do countries like China and Europe..

“Because other animals would also eat the pellets. The chemicals in the pellets could contaimnate other lifeforms that eat the rabbits. Basically such an idea often doesn't work and causes a bunch of enviromental problems.
