“The relationship is nothing more than a solution to two people's problem. Whether the consumer prefers to sacrifice their personal relationship with their brand for lower prices and efficiency, or vice versa is irrelevant. It's far to subjective to say that the term consumer hurts brand name when many highly successful companies, such as costco, have adapted that method. ”
