What You Don't Know About Osteoporosis

“Thank you for this series, Doctor.
I'm looking forward to your thoughts on Strontium.
I'm also hoping you might address the role of gluten in osteoporosis.
And I'd like to know whether isometric exercises are helpful, as part of a bone-building plan.
And one more thing: drinking strong infusions of bone-building herbs: helpful?”

“My heart goes out to all those who have had to deal with breast cancer. But things like this drive me crazy. For the life of me I do not understand why women keep throwing money at these cancer organizations. They have billions. In over 50 years, they have not come up with any new answer except cut and burn. In fact, they seem to actively discourage any cancer research by independent researchers. Not just discourage, but threaten, harass, and drive out of the country on occasion. If these cancer researchers ever found a cure for cancer, it would put an end to their dynasty. It would probably even throw the US economy into a tailspin. Don't hold your breath.
And I absolutely loathe the corporate connection - how these big companies use breast cancer awareness as a means to sell their (often toxic) products to women.”

Autoimmune Disease: How To Stop Your Body From Attacking Itself

“I have found that every individual is unique in terms of what is causing their immune problems. There really is no one-size-fits-all answer that any author can give. So I don't really fault the author for not giving specifics here. If this man's book has a few new suggestions for people to try, it may be worth it. I'd definitely look it over in the book store before I passed judgment on it. ( or bought it).
I have had my own health return to me after trying just about everything. Gluten was a big problem. As was my thyroid. And so much more. It was like peeling an onion, one slow step at a time. I do have to eat like a Monk nowadays! Hard at first, but I have now grown grateful for simple food. I'm also in the process of eliminating accumulated clutter from my home. It is as though simple living is following simple eating. But that is MY path. Everyone has their own.”

“Well, there are times the medical community is helpful. Never say never. But yes, I try and avoid doctor's treatments at all costs. They seem to be all about selling pills and not about promoting health. They seem to be more beholden the the pharmaceutical industry than they are to the patients. They never seem to be able to address the root cause of problems, but instead prescribe chemical bandaids.
I won't be taking their cancer drugs. I won't be taking their toxic osteoporosis drugs. I won't be taking their untested vaccines. I won't be getting their mammograms. Etc. etc. etc. There are other ways to detect and treat illness. Of course, you don't hear much about them, as the medical community has a way of silencing opposition and free thinking.”

“The government is in bed with Monsanto. And hard as I try to stay reasonable and logical, I keep dodging the feeling that something evil is being brewed up by these people. Will we allow (with our government's blessing) for Monsanto to gain control of our food/meat supply thru the patenting process? Will we allow Monsanto to force their seeds on less developed countries (much as our govt. opened the door to forcing farmers in Iraq to plant GMO seeds)? Will we continue to encourage Monsanto's research into genetically implanting drugs inside of our foods ( most recently vaccines) to be consumed around the world? I do not trust this company and I have to question why my Government shows them such favoritism.”

Another thing mentioned in the article which is hugely important is gluten. This is so often linked to hypothyroidism. I'd urge everyone to go off of gluten for a week or so and see if you notice a difference. I sure did.
Now if only I could find a doctor who'd prescribe Armour.”

“"One-size fits all policy".
Exactly!
Some kids are deathly allergic to peanuts. Is it any surprise that some children might have violent or long-term reactions to other substances - say like those in vaccines? One size does not fit all in medicine.. The medical community seems to be playing Russian roulette with these injections. There is no way to know who might be harmed.
And now they are saying that wiithin 3-4 years, they expect to have enough data accumulated to START detecting what chemicals might be linked to autism! This sounds like the medical community spending a lot of time researching OTHER chemicals that may or may not be related to autism, but NOT researching vaccines in particular.
In any case, why didn't these fools do their research BEFORE injecting America's children with these vaccines? For 3-4 more years, children are being asked to be guinea pigs for the pharmaceutical industry.. .”

“Still doesn't explain how a perfectly normal child can show signs of autism within days of being vaccinated. Is it the vaccine? It doesn't explain how mothers see their children weaken before their eyes after a shot.
Or is the vaccine just the last straw - the toxin that sends a child's already chemically overloaded system into a tailspin?
If the vaccine manufacturers wanted to prove that their shots are not causing autism, why don't they stop giving vaccines for a year? My guess is that they would never risk it. If the autism rate went down, the pharma co's would be sued out of existence.”

“There just really isn't any hard evidence for a link between autism and vaccines. Several autism experts have reviewed the evidence and come to the conclusion that there just isn't evidence to support this theory.
"why don't they stop giving vaccines for a year?"
Well, they would lose a lot of money, but there is a reason why the NIH and others are so adamant about having everyone vaccinized--to prevent disease from spreading like wildfire.
There may be some anecdotal evidence and plausible hypotheses about how vaccines could bring out or exacerbate ASDs, but even that is hard to prove anything, and the large majority of the neuroscientific and medical communities have deemed vaccines safe. I suggest you peruse the research for yourself at http://www .ncbi.nlm. nih.gov/pu bmed/ .”

“"Still doesn't explain how a perfectly normal child can show signs of autism within days of being vaccinated. "
Dr. Karp DID explain that in detail in his previous installments in this series. Occasionally, children who seem "perfectly normal" begin to show signs of autism with little warning. It is called regression and it occurs in about 20%-30% of cases. It generally happens before age, exactly the same ages that most children are getting shots. Since it happens to so many children and it can happen at any time, it is mathematically guaranteed that for some children it will happen right after getting a vaccination (even 1 day after). Dr. Karp showed that there will be hundreds of these anecdotes each year.”

“More often than not, there are symptoms before vaccines. The parents perhaps are a bit in denial, and the vaccine is a good excuse to finally notice, and be able to blame something specific for their child's condition. Unfortunately, this kind of thinking is keeping us from finding the real cause of the problem.
Caveat - admit, I have only seen one family go through this - but I mentioned the apparent developmental issues before the vaccines.. . a fact which the parents still deny.”

“Its because it doesn't happen. What happens is the kid get vaccinated, and the parent starts looking for signs of autism. And they look hard enough and find them.
Studies that look at home videos of kids before they were vaccinated, but the parents say the autism signs only showed up after the vaccine, show that the signs were there. The parents just didn't know to look for them. (And its hard to diagnoses your own kid so its not the parents fault)>”

“I have worked in pediatrics for over 20 years and have seen many autistic children. However out of the thousands of children who have been vaccinated during my tenure, I can't think of one who was perfectly normal and within a few days showed signs of autism. I'm not saying this doesn't happen, but it's not as common as you're lead to believe.
Here is an excellent article (IMHO) that addresses the link between vaccines and autism:
http://www .immunize. org/catg.d /p2068.pdf
There has been and continues to be research about vaccines and autism, and there needs to more. However, I'm so glad the other chemicals which abound in our environment are now being studied. We just can't go on in ignorance using them without knowing the health implications.”

“The entire point the poster is trying to make is that Autism isn't caused by vaccines. Rather they are caused by the use of Plastics. specifically Endocrine inhibitor releasing plastics. Basically you're causing your child brain damage every time you heat milk in the microwave in a plastic bottle to feed them. It's easy enough to avoid. Use glass bottles. Home schoolers are usually a bit less mainstream in their habits, and the Amish are probably less likely to use plastics. Heck the Amish wouldn't be using plastics at all because plastic was invented after their social system was setup. It is an interesting piece of research and would certainly explain the rise of Autism/ADHD in recent years. As traditional family units have broken down people have moved towards convenience in the form of microwaves and plastic food containers. Stuff like plastic water bottles can also increase the ammount of these inhibitors that are consumed.”

“Since the author mentions the 1930's, I would strongly suggest that he read a book written during that decade, "The Medical Voodoo" by Annie Riley Hale (1936) which chronicles what REALLY happened with regards to vaccine in that time frame. REALLY as opposed to the official Medical Establishment propaganda. It is kind of hard to find. Hmmm I wonder why.
The push for vaccines has been around a long time. Back as early as 1867, the British Parliament made vaccines compulsory. Parents who refused to vaccinate could be prosecuted. In the years following this law, people accepted repeated fines or imprisonment rather than submit to vaccines. Over 11,000 were fined in 1889 alone. Thousands of others left the country to escape persecution.
Again, I urge you to read the book and see why so many back then were opposed to vaccination and why they have a right to be concerned today.”

Does the vaccine industry really want to investigate possible side effects of vaccines? They have the sweetest deal in history - every man and woman in the Country is practically required to take their product.
Once these vaccines are injected into our bodies, do they ever leave? Or does the residue continue to circulate in our bodies or lay dormant for years in our tissues and then later (or sooner) show up as something like shingles or tumors?”
