Well, they would lose a lot of money, but there is a reason why the NIH and others are so adamant about having everyone vaccinized--to prevent disease from spreading like wildfire.

There may be some anecdotal evidence and plausible hypotheses about how vaccines could bring out or exacerbate ASDs, but even that is hard to prove anything, and the large majority of the neuroscientific and medical communities have deemed vaccines safe. Dr. Karp DID explain that in detail in his previous installments in this series. Occasionally, children who seem "perfectly normal" begin to show signs of autism with little warning. It is called regression and it occurs in about 20%-30% of cases. It generally happens before age, exactly the same ages that most children are getting shots. Since it happens to so many children and it can happen at any time, it is mathematically guaranteed that for some children it will happen right after getting a vaccination (even 1 day after). Dr. Karp showed that there will be hundreds of these anecdotes each year.”

“Its because it doesn't happen. What happens is the kid get vaccinated, and the parent starts looking for signs of autism. And they look hard enough and find them.

Studies that look at home videos of kids before they were vaccinated, but the parents say the autism signs only showed up after the vaccine, show that the signs were there. The parents just didn't know to look for them. (And its hard to diagnoses your own kid so its not the parents fault)>”

“I have worked in pediatrics for over 20 years and have seen many autistic children. However out of the thousands of children who have been vaccinated during my tenure, I can't think of one who was perfectly normal and within a few days showed signs of autism. I'm not saying this doesn't happen, but it's not as common as you're lead to believe.

There has been and continues to be research about vaccines and autism, and there needs to more. However, I'm so glad the other chemicals which abound in our environment are now being studied. We just can't go on in ignorance using them without knowing the health implications.”

“The entire point the poster is trying to make is that Autism isn't caused by vaccines. Rather they are caused by the use of Plastics. specifically Endocrine inhibitor releasing plastics. Basically you're causing your child brain damage every time you heat milk in the microwave in a plastic bottle to feed them. It's easy enough to avoid. Use glass bottles. Home schoolers are usually a bit less mainstream in their habits, and the Amish are probably less likely to use plastics. Heck the Amish wouldn't be using plastics at all because plastic was invented after their social system was setup. It is an interesting piece of research and would certainly explain the rise of Autism/ADHD in recent years. As traditional family units have broken down people have moved towards convenience in the form of microwaves and plastic food containers. Stuff like plastic water bottles can also increase the ammount of these inhibitors that are consumed.”
