“Dick Cheney has never regretted anything. Ever. He thinks his slightest whim is legal decision. That is precisely what makes him so dangerous.”

“Make no mistake he is very dangerous, could you imagine the damage if he would have become president?”

“I will never understand why Bush kept this guy as VP in 2004...except that maybe there were many well heeded donors that made it a condtion of continued support. In my view, he is responsible for much death and destruction.”
“This is sort of a long winded story, but bear with me, it has a point...I was once reviewing e-mails as part of some litigation. The people in the company/defendant were engaging in practices that hurt children, and it was clear from the e-mails that the company/defendant's principals knew their practices were causing children irreparable physical injury and did not care. Now, in the context of my review, I found several e-mails from the company's founder and CEO about "keeping Christ in Christmas" etc..., and lamenting the impending demise of the holiday.
The strange veneration of this holiday, divorced from any meaning, strikes me as idolatry. This man worshipped something called "Christ" and demanded veneration of Christ's birth. Yet he didn't really worship anything beyond a word.
If this holiday has any meaning, you're not advancing it by demanding semantic purity. A sincere "Happy Holidays" (in words or actions) is worth a million times more than a pro forma "Merry Christmas" or display of a nativity scene.”
“Yea, verily, Christ did step down from the great lizard,
and did holstereth his high powered semi-automatic rifle.
And Christ did puncheth a beggar in the crotch,
and he did say: "geteth thou a job,
for my taxes soar like the birds in the sky,
and I wanteth to buy a Labradoodle,
when Caesar refundeth what is mine"”

“...it must really rub you that you have to get a job in two years to pay for 10% of your obamacare provided medical...
...don't worry though I will just write off 99% percent what I owe in taxes next year and toss you a bone, so you can eat until you have to get a job!”
“I guess I just don't understand the reasoning behind killing a vulnerable species that your are supposedly trying to conserve. If conservation is your goal, write a check to a reputable big cat conservation effort, don't remove a prime male from the population.”

“The whole reason behind their so called "conservation" is for them to kill more. It is for the benefit of the hunters, not for the animals. If they don't "conserve", one day there will be no more animals to kill.”
“There's a guy who lived thousands of years ago that said some stuff, and he's never been wrong. Well, to be honest, somebody else reported on what that guy said, and the guy that reported on the other guy didn't directly witness the stuff the other guy said, and in fact that guy that reported on the other guy lived hundreds of years after the events that he was reporting. Still, it's never been wrong except for all those times that it has been wrong and the guys who were reporting it were wrong and they ended up disappointed because they were wrong, as recently as a year ago when the guy said that the world would end but it didn't. But if you ignore all that, it's never been wrong and never will be wrong as long as you can interpret it as being right, which you always can because it's drafted so broadly. So, yeah, we should use that document, which is double, triple quadruple hearsay as a guide for foreign policy, because it has never and can never be wrong, even though it endorses slavery, genocide and rape. We should use it as a guide gore everything, even the parts that are clearly absurd, even when it says, in its own text, that it is speaking in metaphors, we should treat it as literal and inerrant. Because that all makes sense. Perfect, inerrant, sense.”

“What is so weird? I see beauty and wisdom in the Bible BUT I also see the crap. It seems that the Bible is just one big maze combination swiss Army knife.. Some paths? DeadEnd! Others? Over the edge, to Hell ....and some paths? To the Exit.
The Bible has been used for acts of beauty and sacrifice and other parts? terror and Pain. We hold the primmer. The primmer is us BUT I reject anything that is violent, violent and non-forgiving”

“Sadly though, politicians like Gomer Pyle believe it and we have a country made up of Arabs and Europeans who think they are descendants of an ancient people. These ancient people would have been black, but that's another story. These people have strong lobbies in all countries in the world and control our politicians and have brought us to war in the past. Iraq was a war drafted by Neocons pre911 as part of the 7 wars plan. Also on the list were/are Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Syria, Lebanon and Iran. The lobby pushing for war in Iran is guess which one. Imagine a so called super power that is led around by its nose. This entire situation would be laughable if it weren't so sad and dangerous to our nation.”
“But is not because of what YOU think? You're not the finder of fact, and neither am I, at best we're both Monday Morning Quarterbacks. It's easy for you to attack, because you have no responsibility.
Attacking the legitimacy of the court is simply a form of ad hominem attack, and a logical fallacy. If the court's decision is legally lacking, kindly explain exactly why. Saying the decision is wrong because it is a "kangaroo court" with a "lacking judge" proves nothing.”
