Police Who Made Teenagers Do Push-ups In Rhode Island Face Punishment

“The cops are bullies. Especially RI cops. What if one of the kids had a freak heart problem. We would be hearing a different tune here. What happened to "police are your friends and there to help you"? They are hiding behind fences, trees, etc. waiting to catch you for something. Yeah, these guys are real heros. And really, 4 cops for 5 teenagers hitting a mailbox? We have 1 teacher for 25-35 kids per classroom. Which one is wasting our tax dollars??? Oh, and by the way: the chief is "acting chief" because the former chief of police in North Providence is currently in jail for stealing $714 from a stripper. At the club.”

“I doubt 10 push ups will cause their heart rate to increase. And if they do oh well, no one told them to destruct private property. Push ups? or your regular 'ole police brutality? They got it easy.”

“I would say today is the day to talk about re-opening the state hospitals and put these people away. Let's wait to hear now that the carnage again has been done how the killer was "anti-social, psychotic, schizophrenic, non-emotional, bi-polar, etc., etc.," and refused treatment, medication, etc. The civil rights of these children and teachers, of those movie-goers, of those college students, of those high school students far outweigh any rights a mentally challenged person has to run them down, whether by gun, knife, bomb, car, any means.”
