Ashley Dupre Interview:

Ashley Dupre Interview: "I Have A Lot Of Depth"

Commented Nov 19, 2008 at 09:42:01 in Politics

“Wow--what a great laugh to start the day. Gee honey, if you're so deep how come you didn't just write a heartfelt apology to Hilda Switzer, send it privately, shut up, and go away? You look more like a self-serving tabloid attention lover. You certainly are not like any "normal girl" I would want my daughter to grow up to be.

And if you want to change your sleazy hooker image, appearing in a people photo with one shoulder strap hanging off seems an odd way to do it. classy!”

p.s., Honey, tone down on the blush and the jiffy-pop hair. The 1980s were a long time ago.”

Then critiqued her on her blush and hairdo!

Very profound of you! LOL!”

The only thing even remotely interesting about Walters was Gilda Radner as rosanne rosanadana making fun of her. THAT was worth watching!”

“Imagine how Hilda Switzer and her three daughters feel seeing this incredibly painful part of their life being dressed up and passed off as "real" journalism, advertised in TV promos and plastered in print. Diane Sawyer and ABC ought to be embarrassed to death--you would need to have some ethics for that, though.

This kind of crap is the reason our family stopped watching any kind of news on the "BIG" (has-been) networks. It's so trashy...when we get news online we avoid all the tabloid sleaziness. We sign on, read the real news of relevance, then we sign off. I have not seen a show with Diane Sawyer in more than 8 years, and I'm not missing a dam.n thing. It is especially laughable how she has tried to change the angle of the program to make it seem like a legitimate story: prostitution in America! What a drama! Who the hel.l cares when people can barely pay their mortgages, their retirement is 25% of what it was two years ago, and a loaf of bread is $2? There's a real topic for a story, not what airheaded call girl Elio.t Spitz.er was banging a year ago.

ABC and the other two networks have all moved toward this junk programming-- it is designed to appeal to the lowest common denominator to jack up their sagging ratings. JUST SAY NO and turn off the TV for this pointless program.”

Roxanna on Nov 18, 2008 at 20:22:44

“I agree Totally Kycatfan who cares about this story?

This is a waist of reporting... I too no longer watch main stream media because of this kind of junk... when there are real stories that need to be told.... I watch some P.B.S. and listen to independent radio. That's it !

This kind of stuff is like a dumbing down drug.”

I BELIEVE the strength of our nation lies with the individual and that each person"s dignity, freedom, ability and responsibility must be honored......

(......except of course for gay people or athiests and other weirdos who are not really people.)

I BELIEVE in equal rights, equal justice and equal opportunity for all, regardless of r@ce, creed, s-ex, age or disability.....

(......as long as I don't have to hear about lifestyles which differ from my Christian, right-wing, intolerant standard.)

I BELIEVE Americans must retain the principles that have made us strong while developing new and innovative ideas to meet the challenges of changing times.....

(.......as long as we can continue to manufacture wasteful, obesely supersized trucks and SUVs, eat overpriced, overprocessed junk and convenience foods, and live in homes ten times larger than our families need, all in defiance of the stunning poverty and need the majority of the world's population lives in.)

I BELIEVE Americans value and should preserve our national strength and pride while working to extend peace, freedom and human rights throughout the world......

(....as long as those countries recognize the intellectual superiority of the United States, acknowledge that the American way is the best way, and are willing to do the things we demand in exchange for our billions. Because we're AMERICA, and everyone should aspire to be exactly like us.)

In Jesus' name of course!!! AMEN.”
