She is right - electing judges is a bad idea. Who the hell really knows who they are voting for? Most people can't name their congressperson.

Judges have direct impact on people's lives everyday judges with political parties imply they follow a specific ideology.

Vetting and hearings are the best way to appoint them.”

Many years ago Barry Goldwater and Jack Kennedy had agreed to fly around the country and from one place to another and stand before the American people. I still with Senator Obama would do that.
