“This is a common misunderstanding. It is actually thou shall not "murder" in the original text. The difference between the two is that killing can be done legally whilst murder is always wrong. I am not suggesting anything here except the correct parsing of the source materials.”

“Banks have been telling ppl to ignore that thanks to their deals and such. I briefly flirted with a property purchase in the midst of this. It woulda been modest (that was the problem; I couldn't find what I liked at a price I liked). I opted to go thru prequalification because I did not what I could get. My bank (BoA) said "how much do you want?" meaning they didn't care about the amount. Doesn't that seem irresponsible? Why does the homeowner have to be more vigilant than a lender?”
