Driving 10 miles towards South - Another city , Population 120.000, Complete set of City and County Administration.
And on, and on, and on.
I think we will save plenty money having much less small towns administrations, simply transforming them in 1 day into departments with reasonable personal only.
ALSO we would not have Mayors of small towns with National ambitions and NO Brains.
