“The entire human race. I imagine that someday humanity will be united under one banner, and that the threat to human existence will cease to come from within, but from afar.”

“Are you referring to the Caracal company, or possibly the Oketz unit? Both of these outfits are defensive peacekeeping units, or rather, not "close with and destroy" offensive oriented units.”

“What stupid women are you referring to? My apologies if my statements were unclear, but the shortages I were referring to was that of available manpower during occupation and/or defense. For example: North Vietnam during Vietnam war, Soviet Union during WWII (Nazi Germany had a large number of auxiliary female soldiers), female saboteurs during the American Revolution, etc,. There are plenty of historical examples of women in or near war.”

“Correct. I have never served with women. Although, during my first deployment, there were rumors that our ship (USS Peleliu) carried female navy officers.”

“War is an art form. Those who study it - prevail. Those who don't; succumb to those who do. Considering the amount of livable space on this planet and the potency of modern day atomic weapons, it would seem imprudent to use such means. War is about the control of resources.”

“...continued....So why, would we take our most sacred institution, our means of survival and proliferation, our elemental ability to defend against destruction, and squander it with the disease of administered equality? We are a sexually reproducing species, and therefore, are designed to compete against one another. And with the aid of good government – healthily so. With the ever increasing lethality of battlefields, it's imperative for societies to demand more from their infantryman: training, professionalism, intensity, and killer output. To lessen any of these qualities, is to run the risk of extinction. The process for an infantryman from boot-camp to battlefield is long and arduous, and the driving force behind this, that finally cements a cohesive fighting unit, that delivers this destructive dose, is raw power. And even though there are numerous examples of female fighters throughout history, these irregular soldiers have always been reserved for resistances, rebellions, shortages, and last ditch efforts, that have never been able to compete statistically against standing professional armies.
The fate of humanity one day, could very well depend on its ability to wage successful warfare, for we are surely not the only warlike species in the universe. Let us set aside our emotional insecurities and do what generates the greatest odds of victory for the human race.”

“Its funny - I didn't notice a shortage of humans. What are these stupid women thinking - go home and push out 5 or 6 - we are running low!”

“From the conquests of Sumeria to the war in Afghanistan, has not the historian recorded a mighty truth from the face of war that our species has conducted upon one another since ancient times? And does not this mighty truth, this undeniable fact of our violent heritage, reveal itself with reasonable clarity, the face of these wars – as the furious preponderance of the male aspect of the human race? And does not this aspect, during similar times of contest, coincide with the majority of Mammalian, also attempting to survive on this planet? For it is inconceivable, the prevalence of indefinite nurture over this definite nature – which is strengthened by so many unaccustomed warriors, delivered over such vast unacquainted time.
It is not nor ever will be, a question of "can or can't" regarding gender in combat, for females are just as capable of violent action as males; it is a matter of physiological output. Pound for pound, males become a better investment on the battlefield because of these innate qualities. Do we not separate our professional athletic teams based on this output? From boxing, to football, baseball, tennis, basketball, to even jogging? Is this a product of nurture? No – it is a product of physiological differences between the female and male aspects of the human race; the chemical and anatomical particularities. Is this not part of the biological trend for the last five-thousand years that has molded civilizations?.....continued...”
