“Mr. Soltz,
I am always surprised to see dwell time and stop loss mentioned without mention of IRR callups. The Army has been using IRR callups since 2004 (at least) when neither of these wars can be considered national emergencies. IRR doesn't get nearly the press that stop loss, suicides, and dwell time do. Please bring IRR to the forefront!
