“You live in a fantasy world. This martin kid was the one that initiated the physical confrontation. Zimmerman never threatened trayvon or showed his gun until trayvon was beating him, which is when Zimmerman pulled his gun and shot this kid beating him. Zimmerman has the law on his side and he will be aquitted. trayvon is where he belongs due to his crimnal act of battery.”

“You are incorrect as it was travyon that started the physical altercation, thus Zimmerman has that law on his sidee, not trayvon's, as travon was not in any danger and actually went back to confront Zimerman after Zimmerman lost site of this martin kid. So, you see, Zimmerman will be aquitted as these witnesses changing their story won't hurt as they will be depicted as not believable witnesses due to their story changing. Te 1st interviews will hold more wieght as there were done soon after the shooting.”

“There have been conflicting reports on who approached who. I don't believe either of us can say with certain who approached who. We also don't know who started the physical altercation as there are conflicting reports on that as well.
The witness testimony starts when the fight breaks out. I am suggesting that Stand Your Ground applied to Trayvon before the fight broke out.
I believe a jury could reasonable find that Trayvon -- walking alone, at night, being followed (pursued?) -- had every right to fear "imminent death or great bodily harm." At which point, the Stand Your Ground law allows him to attack Zimmerman.
It's a really bad law.”

“My wife doesn't know how to swim at 45 yrs old. I'd like for her to know how but she seems scared of the deeper water at pools. :/
To me, swimming should be almost instinct, at least dog paddling to keep afloat, but maybe with my experience of swimming when very young I don't understand the concept of someone not knowing how to swim?”
“Actually most of the manager ositions are slaried and don't get overtime pay, so some of this lawsuit might be moot. The part about managers shaving hours off of the hourly saff, if proven then that should be investigated by the goverment.”

“Whatever lemming. Truth is this gated community was fenced in and this martin kid was the agressor. Zimmerman will be aquitted if this even goes to trial. So weep now and see true justice be done with Zimmerman being crowned a hero in ridding us of a menace. :)-”
“I wonder, are most of these pictures in visible light or infra-red/x-ray with coloring added? I would much rather see visible light pics as they will be what we atually can see visually.”

“The term is "false color". In the visible spectrum oxygen, I think, is green. On a spectrograph, if they see a peak in oxygen, it is "falsley" colored green by computer software. This same thing is done with the other elements found on the spectrograph. This results in the color pictures you see published. Hubble is not sophisticated enough to take color pictures. What you see has been processed on the ground. Nothing wrong with that. These image processors are smart cookies. They do almost the same thing with infra-red and X-ray images. They use the term "false" for lack of a better term.”

“Bad neighborhood? This was a gated community that trayvon illegally climbed a fence to enter into. Another thing is that Zimmerman did not pull or show his gun until he had to pull it out to stop the attack by trayvon. Trayvon got what he deserved by being the physical agressor. Go Zimerman!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“"This was a gated community that trayvon illegally climbed a fence to enter into."
When Trayvon left the house in which he was staying in that gated community as the invited guest of a resident of that gated community in order to go up to the 7-11, did he have to illegally climb that same fence in order to get out?
As for your other assertions "...that Zimmerman did not pull or show his gun until he had to pull it out to stop the attack by trayvon..." and that "..Trayvon got what he deserved by being the physical agressor...", remember that only two people were in a position to know how the struggle started or who started it or when Zimmerman pulled his gun.
One of those people is dead and the other cannot be considered an impartial witness”

“Where are you getting the climbed the fence statement??? That is absolutely not true!!! And where is your proof that zimmerman did not pull out his gun or show it to stop the so-called attack? You do not have proof of that either! Zimmerman is hopefully going to get his day in court, where the real evidence will shed the light for every one to see!!!! And as far as who was aggressive no one knows anything other than zimmerman got out of his vehicle in pursuit of Trayvon! That is fact!!!”

“Looks like someone is tryin to incite a riot. But the fact is this kid has already been in trouble and would of commited more crimes in the future, so justice was served it looks like since this martin kid was the one to initiate the physical altercation.”
Apr 30, 2012 at 16:08:23
“In your dreams this will be a conviction. One thing at least, the heading says "The Trayvon Martin Case", not "The Trayvon Martin Tragedy". It wasn't a tragedy as this martin kid was the agressor by being the one to initiate the physical altercation.”
“Yep, and what is the problem with that? Let the legal authorities take care of any possible crimes, but the school, needs to back off and allow those students to still attend unless they pose a risk to the student population/teachers which can only be proven by a guilty criminal court case verdict. The school personal lack the needed intelligence to make that decision unless there is a criminal conviction.”

“You are so naive. Farmers are doing very well as if they don't get their price when selling, guess what? The federal governemnt then pays them the extra needed. Farmers can easily afford to pay stabdard wages for this type of work, but being the cheap people they are, as like most corporations, they want the labor pool to get basically nothing.
Maybe time to regulate the price at market for farm products, along with gas/oil and meat. Time for these greedy farmers and others to make a little less so the rest of the country can heal and get better.”
“My opinion is the school is overeaching its authority. Schools should not be allowed to do anything to a student over any Facebook messages unless those messages are in fact criminal and the legal authorities then take over, but school still gets no say so in any disipline at school itself. All the school should ever be able to do is report activities to the legal authorities.”

“By your theory, a student can plan out numerous executions of students, teachers and cops, have the materials, caught as they are walking out ouf the house with said materials on the way to school, get caught by the cops and arrested, but would be allowed to continue to go that school.”
“It didn't seem to specify that. That could be an option. Another option is with this publicity a celebrity might ask her to go. That would be cool for her since she spent so much on the dress and such. That brings up another thing, isn't a $1000 pretty expensive for a dress?”

“I hope the SCOTUS rules in Arizona's favor. This country can not afford the costs that illegals cause us and they need to be deported and then they can atempt to come back legally, if they have qualities this nation needs (read we don't need anymore gardeners, etc).”

“If you think that 1070 reduces costs to the taxpayer, think again. This is not about securing the border or public safety. It is about herding people into Corrections Corp of America's for-profit prisons en masse at a cost of 50k$/yr each. Since it can take years to adjudicate a deportation case, that means huge revenue for CCA and the politicians it owns (like Jan Brewer). The cost is far higher and AZ is not offering its courts to help clear the backlog. Arizona wants to keep as many locked up for as long as possible because there is very good money in it.”

Actually the country makes money through cheap labor and payroll taxes. The rub is that they send a lot of their money out of the country, like rich people do.”
