“this is way extreme. To be honest I thought the recall was a bit much. If you had one and irritated you they did indeed offer a full refund. To take away everyones device becasue 1.7% of the users had a problem was over kill. People have the same reaction to cheap jewelry and no one says a thing. And who gets irritated and keeps wearing the product until it's recalled anyway. At first sign of a problem you stop. People in today's society always need something to cry about and someone else to blame. Nothing is perfect ok.”

“That's because class action suits like this aren't about the victims, but a handful of lawyers seeking to exploit the situation and make millions for themselves, while the "victims" get a pittance. Most of them probably won't get more than a full refund, which the company is offering anyway.”

“Nancy G., if you think that people have the same reaction to cheap jewelry as the user of this product have to it, you really need to go look as some of the rashes/burns that people have suffered from this product. Reactions to jewelry (usually to the nickel used in the stainless steel) go away when the wearer removes the jewelry. They do not continue to spread for ten days to two weeks after the jewelry is removed. They do not take two months to heal. Sorry, but for whatever reason you are very much downplaying the reaction that people have had to this.
Finally, I don't know where you get the idea that all of these people (well over 10,000 were affected) kept wearing the thing till the recall. While there may be a few who did, I haven't heard of a single one who did not take it off pretty promptly.
“I hope they get your order right and can count change back”

“So because it's in Detroit, that means they can't count and properly take orders? I spent 20 months working on an engagement in a BIG college town and I can tell you that those college students that served us weren't so bright and had issues properly taking our orders and splitting our bill 5 ways equally. So to assume that people in poor areas can't add or perform their job is just as d..u..m..b assuming that you have the ability to think for yourself 1 fans”
“I have to honestly say that some of the worst things that have ever been said to me came out of the mouths of other Black people. Mean, horrible things that I hope my daughter will never have to hear in her lifetime. Although I am truly glad to see a documentary like this and think that's it's way over due. I'm not sure that I will watch. I've lived it.”

“I'm sure the meanest things said to anyone came from their own race. Why should blacks be any different. Hopefully, one day black people will stop allowing anyone to disect them. Including their own.”
“I'm glad they kicked her out, I hate when I'm trying to focuson on my workout and someone is yapping on the phone. If her call was that important she could have easily left the workout floor and took the class in a private place.”
“Hell has no furry like a woman's scorn. These women should get over it. A man doesn't have to marry you if he doesn't want to and OMG just because he decides to marry someone else doesn't mean that relationship will suffer the same doom that yours did. The other woman may actually make him happy. These women should be sued and a judge should indeed force them to pay up.”
