“I agree about Epherson. That was a big WTF moment for me. And then, they did it again last week with Shirin. These two mess up once, but otherwise, consistently give solid performances (or designs), and get booted. And Chris--whom I do like--struggles at the bottom for weeks, and is allowed to stay.
