“I saw it as well, and I agree with you. Whatever you may feel about the policies of her husband, it was good that she was out there discussing the tragedy in Myanmar, and the majority of the press conference was focused on that issue.
But she is still a mom, and that's what moms do when they are asked about their son's or daughter's upcoming weddings.
And, as far as Jenna and her college days go, well, it looked pretty mild from what I saw. Who didn't have one too many back then?”

To suggest that watching shows like this, or liking sports and being concerned about more important matters are mutually exclusive is, well, lame.
As long as there are democrats and liberals who suggest as much the republican party will always have folks to point out and say: "Look, that's what the Democratic party looks like, do you want to be like them?!" and thereby convince the voters we need to turn things around to join them.
Please realize that a lot of people like this sort of thing, and are not stupid or unconcerned about the world around them.

“Okay, so what is going on in Iraq is so awful that it often defies description. The thougt of young men and women dying for this is so completely tragic that I sometimes must sit in silence for long moments pondering all that they gave up, and for what.
But seriously, I still watch American Idol. Earl and the Office are great as well. It's about time Jim stepped up.”
