“Not everyone here is stupid, so don't treat us like we are. That cliche' sounding blather about Democrats getting it done falsely insinuates that they all are confused and incompetent. The very real and now well known, proven and published fact is that the GOP is totally owned by lobbyists, and that the Democratic Party is about 25% owned by the Lobbyists (on the health care issue).

The specific amounts of money politicians selling their votes for is well known and published. If you don't know it then I will post it for you at the end of this writing.

The point is that "We the people" can't, don't and wont realize that we have the power and opportunity to create a true democracy by targeting and getting rid of badly corrupted people who sell their votes for bribes. Last week's turn around was blatant proof of that power when we act!

“My understanding is that without the Public Option no real incentive for controlling costs will be realized. Its based on those who can afford to pay and does not address those who cannot. It leaves the insurance companies in control of the game.
