Costco Protects Palin From Tomatoes By Taking Them Off Shelves

“I do not approve of throwing anything at anybody. But if you have a very strong urge to throw something at Sarah Palin (like many others have), then Tomato is probably the best choice. It will only add some splash and color on the target with a dull finish. It cannot cause any significant injury and Palin can interpret it as a compliment if she so desires.
But tomatoes are expensive these days. Is she worth the cost?”

“I am glad to see that the people who count are standing up to the senate and rejecting the Bill. Just because the Tea baggers are loud and boisterous, it does not make them the real representatives of the common man. "Kill the Bill for now" is a sensible advice. We do not want to fall from the frying pan to the fire”

DeMint Would Be Bothered By Openly Gay President

“The mind is like a parachute. It needs to open up to function properly. Unfortunately DeMint and people like him have a mind that is not capable of opening up. If you talk to these people they will convey to you the impression that they are the real paragon of virtue and in fact God was created in their image. Not the other way around as the Bible claims.”

Liz Cheney Accuses Obama Of Slandering CIA In Nobel Speech: 'Shameful'
Commented Dec 13, 2009 at 15:15:33 in Politics
“"And I think that as we see this president repeatedly go on foreign soil, and accuse America of having tortured people, talk about Guantanamo Bay as an abandonment of our ideals, you know, that part of the speech to me really is nothing short of shameful"
Liz cheney should wake up.
We sought the help and cooperation of the foreign countries in our fight against “Terrorism” and got it. The countries that helped us are obviously disappointed with the random mistreatment of the captured individuals. We had let down our allies in more ways than one. I see no reason to hold back on expressing regrets about our own shortcomings, in this fight, on their soil. We had let down our allies and hence we owe them an apology.”

““Bush deficit" was caused because Bush was deficient in many ways. He could not foresee the economic problems that were growing under the surface for about Eight years. He had no idea how bad an idea it was to go to war in Iraq and Afghanistan at the same time. Rampant Mismanagement at every level of the government including the justice dept. was evident but unfortunately it was not apparent to Bush and Cheney. They declared a premature victory at Afghanistan and Iraq but the war has continued to this day. The world opinion of our country has been severely diminished because of the atrocities of some of our troops and defense contractor s.”
