Hasselbeck Tells Huckabee: Pelosi "Needs A Little Enhanced Interrogation" (VIDEO)

“Wasn't Obama for reinstituting the Fairness Doctrine along with net neutrality back during the campaign? What happened to that? Hasselbeck and that clown columnist David Feherty are inciting violence with this type of commentary. Wingnuts say that the left did it with Bush but I never heard public calling, even joking, for W's assasination or torture.”

Obama Photos: New Behind-The-Scenes White House Pictures (SLIDESHOW)

“My sentiments exactly. I'm crying for different reasons looking at them this time. And the blind faithful are still calling these photos ''new''.”

“honestly, it makes me cry too. His words on his first day in office: "A democracy requires accountability, and accountability requires transparen cy... In the face of doubt, openness prevails." And to belabor the point: this is change we are supposed to believe in?
Everyone - the world over - expected so much. And I am not buying the argument " he has only been in office over a 100 days - give him a chance". Doing a 180 turnaround has nothing to do with the amount of time he is in office. Thats just dumping your principles.
anyways - I will stop. But thanks for responding. Nice to know I am not the only one whos hit the ground pretty hard.”

Most Bailed Out Banks Reduced Lending Since Getting Funds

“Obama says he'll require accountability from the banks. Shouldn't that have been BEFORE throwing the money into the black hole that he just mentioned? The interest on my Citibank credit card just went from 9 to MINIMUM 20% after 7 years with never a missed or late payment. Meanwhile my ATM and foreign fees with them have doubled (I live out of the country). ''It would be worse without the bailout''. How do we know that? I won't be voting for Obama again if all this continues.”

“Forget the LA SanFrancisco coast route and put a Bakersfield-Vegas line and a Sacramento -SanFranci sco line instead. Gambiling on the Vegas line is a great idea; why not on all the lines?”
LDnearthesea replied on Apr 18, 2009 at 13:27:44
“No, you are wrong. I live in Santa Cruz and would love to be able to get a train at nearby Watsonville and take it down the coast at speeds at least at 150 mph to Santa Barbara and LA or San Diego. The other high speed route is from SF, crossing over to the Central Valley and going down to LA over the Tehachapis. Sacramento, Fresno, and Bakersfield would be on that route. That's the 200+ mph route.”

Texas Secession Poll: 75% Of Texans Say No
Commented Apr 17, 2009 at 10:31:25 in Politics
“75% of Texans being against their governor doesn't mean they should continue in the union. We had next door neighbors from Texas in California when I was 10 years old. The kids were like Bush with their firecracker in the frog and other general bullying, etc. The dad was a blowhard and they were all super proud they were Texan. Then I spent some time in Texas in my 30's and saw a little more for myself where these neighbors had come from and where they had learned their ways. 25 years later, I still have no plans to return there. Now, after observing the political scene and the results of Bush's tampering for eight years; I can honestly say it would be a good thing if Texans were relieved of the burden of having to put up with the rest of us. Is it still legal to drink beer while driving in Texas or did they finally do something about that?
