“?? your point ?? Was there any **effective** gun control? Were there fewer mass shootings in the past? Were there more? Guns per capita?”

“To quote the old saying "Guns don't kill, people do."
So no, there is no effective gun control.
We have "car control," yet we Americans kill 34,000 fellow Americans in totally avoidable car crashes each and every year. That isn't working either.
Cheering for one political party or the other also doesn't work.
Demonizing the "other political party" is also ineffective.
We need to think outside the box. Instead of rehashing old ideas that don't work, we need explore new methods.
Seems mass shootings has been going on forever and there is no obvious cure. Mass shootings is the most popular video games. Mass shootings in the most popular movies.”
“These companies are more than happy to use our court system to, for example, protect their brands, copyrights, & intellectual property! Glad when firefighters show up to protect their property! They only object to paying the bill.”
“Or you're the dumbest person who's read it. The point is that if society wants to make the reproductive health of its members a societal concern, that society then has a right to know information that affects that health. Pregnancy certainly qualifies.”
“"Neither left nor right, just rational" ??? You did not read the opinion, did you? Rational people use evidence & reason.”

“No rational parent would encourage their young teenaged daughter to be sexually active. That would be common sense foolishness. Is there also a morning after pill for STD, vaginal damage, loose behavior for young boys, or targets for predators? No.
No rational parent could rightly encourage this. It's not political. It about the safety and well-being of my daughter.”
“One purpose of the secret ballot is to stop people buying votes. Since you cannot show our ballot, you cannot prove you should be paid for that vote.”

“Thank you sandi. Finally someone wrote something that make some sense. Not a lot of sense, but some. The law could conflict with the 1rst ammendment. To prosecute the law, INTENT would/should have to be proven. In that case Shaun is safe.”

“Thats ridiculous. Know one paid him to vote wtf. You can tell whomever you wish. The ballot is only private if you don't want anyone to know. Plenty of people who contribute to campaigns will vote for the person they gave money to. Now how is that private.”

“You are trying to use facts and logic on a faux ditto head. Good luck with that.”
