“I have a problem with all of it but really - if someone isn't overseeing the handling and transport of it or if someone steals a gun - you don't go through any kind of check to buy ammo - they'll already have the weapon. I feel unsafe with an extreme 30%of the country perfectly willing to blow my head off just for voting for That One. I don't care where they store the weapons. “I'm not sure you can say that. "It is not hyperbolic, but factual, that waterboarding is ILLEGAL, a felonious activity." I went to the link and found a definition of torture. Obviously the author feels waterboarding fulfills the definition. I do not. Putting someone under stress is not the same as torture.

The next couple of citations are the same. They allude to torture, but no where is waterboarding actually defined as torture.

I'm sure there are people who would consider spanking a child as a form of torture or playing loud music. Quite frankly I would consider having to listen to Al Gore speak as a form of torture, but no one has arrested him for his movie "An Inconvenient Fact." --at least no yet.”
