Sequester Cuts Could Force Army To Extend Afghanistan Tours, Deploy Insufficiently Trained Troops

“What ever dude, you know it all though. I wish you had the balls to meet a true vet in the street and run your mouth. I bet you wouldn't talk right for a couple months. I guess it is different from the safety of your computer screen. I stand corrected. You say you are a vet, what war did you fight in?I am just curious because just begin in the military dose not make you a combat vet. Sorry to let you down. You probably fall under the stolen valor act someone who says they have done all these things but truly have never done anything close in their life except listen to other people stories and watch the war from your living room. Have a nice day watching Rambo and Hurt Locker to come up with material to talk about. I'll be busy living it in the real world. Have a nice day.”

“mjssmith64 You are a joke. I am a combat vet and am leaving for Afghanistan in about a week for my second tour. I just want you to know the majority of the troops and civilians in Afghanistan do see combat on a daily basis. I've been blown up twice and all your comments are ones that show your true colors. I bet you got ran out of the shipyard for being too weak to stand up and be counted. Only 10% the american population has what it takes to be in the military and I guarantee you are not of the 10%. I'm in the Army my cousin is in the Marines. You should not claim to be a son of a vet because all vets that have been in combat have a back bone and will stand together to the end no matter the branch they served in. Stop claiming to be the son of a combat vet. Pull up your skirt, grab your balls, and live on your own accomplishments. Go to war and see combat for yourself then tell me and the rest of the world what war in Afghanistan is really like. Until you have been shot, blown up, and truly fought for your country like I have - keep your mouth shut.”

“I've always given respect to real warfighters. So your slurs mean absolutely nothing to m. And I am not hiding behind anything. Contact me at mjsmith64@hotmail.com we'll take this off line if you are so inclined.”

“Look fella, I always give respect to he real warfighters. The points I raise are about the wasteful federal expenditures, including the preposterous on their very faces tax free windfalls referred to as "housing allowances." You are very much out of your keGe with me in terms of profession experience or education and most ceraly credentials. Moreover, I worked as a journeyman Pipefitter in the shipyards for 12 years when you were literally in you damn diapers, literally, and if you or any one of the other volunteers are upset a pout my public exposure of these tax free windfalls, too friggin bad. I was a section chief in be IRS. I care and post about matters beyond self. I have zero apologies to offer. ZERO! And if you want to take this off-line, my email address is mjsmith@hotmail.com. I don't appreciate being threatened.”
