“More power to them. They probably won't get $15. per hour but it's worth a try”
Barry Englin on Dec 5, 2013 at 16:07:09
“it's not worth a try...it's foolish! I would just say it's $7.25 an hour, get experience and move up to supervisor and get a raise, get more experience and become a manager...THAT'S how it works! Hey, maybe even think of owning your own McDonalds!!! Then you can give all your employees $15 an hour and a company car!!!”
“Apparently your two college degrees did not involve learning basic punctuation or spelling.
Could you back up your claims with peer reviewed academic citations or facts?
I'm interested in how Al Gore was able to "exort" monies by manipulating natural phenomena. Tee Hee.”

“I am typing while doing other things. I don't proof read what I write. I don't have time. Play you little games you learned in 6th grade. I guess for some they still have value. If you are impressed with education then I know you aren't because modern education is a joke in most disciplines.”
“For what it's worth, KSTP is owned by Stanley Hubbard, an aggressive GOP conservative, anti-Obama anything type guy. KSTP is the Twin Cities' answer to FOX news, it's more FOX newsier that our local FOX affiliate. Which is pretty FOX newsy.”
“Am I the only one who noticed the masculine pants and shoes on the female complainer and the double ladies hoop earrings on the gentleman complainer?
When I was in grade school, girls could not wear pants to school and tennis shoes were for gym activities, and boys certainly did not wear earrings.
I guess the clothing and accessory benefits of societal advancement should only be enjoyed by the "normal" people.
Oh the bittersweet irony of it all.”
“Not unlike the methods used to skirt Brown vs. Board of Education by creating All-White private Academies I have no doubt that our friends to the south will conjur up (if they haven't already) a new Boys/camping/merit badge and helping old ladies across the street (unless they are gay) organization that fits their profile of "good character."”
“uh you have a similar typo in your post: "TO bad Momma can't teach her son about the true advancements or help him understand how fiscal issues have to be addressed or you can't be a TAKER your whole life- ..."”
“Ha! last Tuesday when the Minnesota Legislature passed the marriage equality bill we had a big party in our backyard. I made "super gay-chic-fil-A sandwiches and my queer Brothers and Sisters Loved them, in a really gay way.
Here's the recipe: (I use chicken tenders instead of chicken breasts.)
Marinate chicken tenders in bread & butter pickle juice for 45 minutes, drain
Bread super gay tenders in three steps: seasoned flour, egg wash and panko bread crumbs.
Fry in peanut oil (canola or corn oil will do but you want a high flash point)
Serve on a potato bun with bread and butter pickles.
I also made the gayest sauce I could think of: Aioli-you know the sauce for the Bastille day celebrations?
2 cloves garlic, two Tablespoons lemon Juice, three egg yolks, salt & cayenne pepper to taste. put egg yolks garlic salt, pepper and lemon juice in food processor, slowly add 2 cups olive oil while processing, temper with water for smooth consistency.
Enjoy with all of your freedom loving friends and loved ones. And never mind the false prophets.”

“Unfortunately Minnesota's Sixth Congressional District is home to a lot of Mega-churchers living in Mcmansions- in a bubble. However, not everyone in the sixth district is a (insert typical huffpo insult). She won by less than 2% last in the 2012 cycle, a historic low for her. Now she is in deep legal trouble with the shenanigans that went on during the primaries. She will sputter out eventually-hopefully sooner rather than later.”
“According to reports Sandy Rios and Michelle Bachmann are romantically involved. Mr. Bachmann is totally cool with that. His dog walker and projectionist often have private parties on Mrs. Bachmann's federally subsidized farm with five chefs from Sandy Rios' other girlfriend's husband's hairdresser's private plane. According to a recent book and some other reports but the real issue here is whether or not Mr. Bachmann was wearing yellow on Thursday which means that he is signalling Larry Craig style that he abhors sins but Loooooves sinners. According to reports and studies and four out of five dentists that is.”
Assuming that you enjoy a higher intellect than most, you may want to test your argument for validity.
I've provided you with a dictionary and proposed a formula. See what you can do.
I=I broke the liberal pledge
S= I still want to sue.
R=I am not responsible for my actions
L=She's a liberal.
((I & S) (- R))
Do a truth table or try the S-Rules and see if you have a valid argument. If indeed you have a higher intellect than most this should be a no brainer (pun not intended) Hint: Analyzing your argument goes beyond the constraints of Aristotelian logic.
Good luck and Godspeed!”

“Fundamentalist truth table:
"CBN News reports the world is actually flat, because a map of the world was spread out on a table, which is flat. This is God's word and the Absolute Truth. Pagan Gaians have been telling the devil's lies all along."”

“Perhaps she should spend her time volunteering for her POTUS pick Ron Paul. That way she could engage in homophobia and self delusion in the political arena as well as the musical arena. Better yet, perhaps she will go away.”

“Who would you put up for the office? Have you vetted anyone that you think is capable for the job? I'd be interested to know what your research has come up with for an acceptable candidate for the job.”
“She wrote a fine book on postpartum depression with her degree from Princeton titled "Down Came the Rain." My friends all crack jokes when they see the book on my bookshelf, but seriously, it is a good book, strong narrative and educational in an easy read style.”
