BUT.. He is also an unrepentant COWARD_who loves his Committee Chairmanship more than "life itself".

He is ALL bluster.. ALL the time & he will NEVER vote to filibuster­.. EVER.

After cloture is achieved (which WILL happen).. all the Dems need is a SIMPLE MAJORITY..­. 50 votes... (in case of a tie, Biden will vote FOR the Bill).
