The problem is there is no public insurance option and private insurance companies have proven there is no law they won't break for a buck.

So, the most probable thing is the only provision that will save any lives is Bernie Sanders' clinics.

In other countries where private companies have been used successfully, profit has been outlawed and the companies are so hyper-regulated that the government is involved in their day to day operation. Don't see those provisions here.

We could send in the National Guard to literally hold g u n s to their heads, but oh wait, they are still fighting wars were supposed to get out of.

We could add an "Comply or D i e" clause.

If the insurance companies fail to comply in any way, their doors will be closed and their operation seized by the people they failed to serve.

In that way, insurance companies themselves would give us public health care b/c criminality is their nature like the scorpion of fable.”

no lobbyists serving in high administration positions
government transparency and public involvement in the legislative process (e.g., bills to posted for a period of public comment)
dump the "shoddy and dangerous" Patriot Act
work to end DOMA (the Obama DOJ continues to bend over backwards to defend it, putting more energy, time, and money into defending it than it does in influencing Congress to end it)
work to end DADT (still no stop loss order, and not a word about how it pains him--it does not--to have fired 566, and counting, good service people since he took office)
end the unconstitutional policy of indefinite detention
health insurance must not be mandated”
