The carrier has records of when a phone is ever connected to their network, it's location - in addition to the time stamps of when someone's voicemail message system was accessed. Good luck.”

John Adler helped to weaken NJ's tough Anti-Predatory Lending Laws in 2004.

As a United States' Congressman, John Adler's back at it again. This time, he wants to repeal many of the post-Enron auditing requirements for smaller publicly traded companies. Initially, he wanted this for companies smaller than $700M, which is apparently almost half of them. This limit was then lowered to $75M, with an exploratory amendment to raise it to $250M. (Many Democrats are for this bill, even the President.­)


If anything, not only do these accounting rules help to protect small business investors from mismanaged or sham companies, but it also protects the company from their own internal damages that may not become apparent early on.


If public money is used in a company - they should be proven to be legitimate, regardless of size.
