Honestly, Afghanistan as a country is a piece of trash. It is not worth one american dollar or life. As long as there are not al qaeda plotting to kill us there, we should not deal with them. I think most taliban factions would agree to any peace treaty with us where we left in exchange for them refusing to harbor al qaeda.
