“I, like everyone, want healthcare reform passed. But people seem to think somebody is going to snap their fingers once its signed and everyone will live happily ever after. It is going to take YEARS to implement whatever passes.
And no one has said ANYTHING about what coverage will cost and what coverage that money is paying for. I think there is going to be a rude awakening for many who think it will cost pennies. I'm paying $264 for very little coverage for JUST my hubby and me. I don't get name brand drugs, no dental, no vision, can see a doc 3x per year or have to pay through the nose. God forbid I end up in the ER or hospital for any sort of long terms. I realize this is gold-plated coverage for someone with NO insurance but I just think people are living under the illusion that all our troubles are over.
I somehow doubt healthcare reform is going to help me any time soon.”
