“no police department in their right mind is going to advocate the usage of young children to ensnare or entrap pedophiles. and no parent in their right mind would allow or encourage any police department to use their young children for such”

“They use young looking 18 year olds all the time to catch cigarette sales to minors and young looking 21 year olds to buy alcohol, so I would not put it past them to use a young looking teenager to hang out at a cruising pickup spot to trap pedophiles. Child prostitution is a real problem in cities like Los Angeles and I think the police do use entrapment. They may even get the kid to agree to cooperate as part of a plea bargain to avoid prosecution for delinquency. Most of these kids are homeless runaways, many are LGBT and thrown out and disowned by fundamentalist parents who put their religion's doctrine over their own children.”

“there are international foundations and charities for situations exactly like this - where the family would not have to pay out a single dime - everything would be paid for, from the time they left their house, until the time they arrive back home.

there are individuals who are reading this, i am quite sure, who are involved in international relations and fundraising who would be able to make all of the necessary arrangements with the state department, as well as the hospital, etc. i think first and foremost a diagnosis is needed, but any experienced physician would know what the condition is just by looking at it

just last year a set of conjoined twins were flown from the dominican republic, and were separated by a team of surgeons at virginia commonwealth university. the surgeons had to split some of the twins major organs, including their liver. thankfully they survived. the family did not have to pay for anything (not that i believe, anyway)”

and po haste was certainly permitted to "walk" into the family home, in the absence of a search warrant, because it was reported via a radio transmission that the kid had a gun, the kid fled a crime scene, thereby placing not only the cops in danger, but also other civilians around him

and the cop went into the house because fleeing a crime scene is a crime, as is the purchasing of drugs, as is the possession of an illegal firearm. the kid was told by the police to stop - he failed to listen - he ran - it remained a crime scene - he and he alone set the events into motion. had he not ran, he would still be alive today. he ran because he knew he had a gun, he knew he was in trouble, he knew what he was doing was wrong”

“if anyone who is reading this knows how the nypd works, then those who wish police officer haste ill will and harm will get their wish. based on what i am reading, he will be found not guilty in the criminal trial. he did not need a search warrant to enter the premises because it was reported via a radio transmission that graham had a gun in his waistband. he was fleeing the crime scene (a crime for which he was subject to arrest), and he was followed to the house based on the premise that he still had said gun in his waistband. for all the readers knew and still know, he ditched the gun some time between fleeing the crime scene, and reaching the grandparents' house. after the trial however, is when things will go bad for this poor man. there will be a "federal civil rights" trial, (because i know sharpton and baron have already dug their teeth into the family), along with a departmental trial, where the police officer will surely lose his job, because even though a cop beats a criminal trial in circumstances like these, they NEVER EVER beat a departmental trial - EVER. ray kelly ALWAYS has the last laugh and the last word - and it is NEVER good. ray kelly has to sign off on a departmental trial since he is the police commissioner - he makes the final decision - and they are never known to be good”

DO YOU KNOW THAT THIS POLICE OFFICER IS GOING TO TESTIFY TO SUCH ON THE STAND DURING POLICE OFFICER HASTE'S TRIAL? DID YOU KNOW THAT A POLICE OFFICER IS NOT ONLY ARRESTED, BUT ALSO FRIED, FOR COMMITTING PERJURY?

Richard Haste is just another on the long list of young racist White males usually from "The Island" who under the NYPD gang affiliation murdered a Black teenager who he wrongfully murdered someone he wrongfully thought had a gun or so he claims. “a search warrant was NOT needed to enter the home because he was witnessed purchasing marijuana, which now becomes a crime scene of his own doing and his own making. upon being questioned about the marijuana, it was then thought he had a gun on his person. he then fled the crime scene, which, in essence, still remained a crime scene - it just became a moving crime scene. after having eluded the police, he then fled to his grandparents home, and ran to the second floor, where at that time he flushed the marijuana down the toilet. being that he was thought to still have the gun on his person, putting the police officers in danger, being that he fled the scene of a crime, and being that he was witnessed to having purchased drugs, and to having those drugs on his person, the cops did not need a search warrant to enter the home. what if he really did have a gun and he was inside of the home shooting people, and the cops waited for a search warrant, with people lying dead inside? then what are those same big-mouthed neighbors and family members going to say - why did they wait for a search warrant - why didn't the cops just bust the door down? “"Haste and other members of the street narcotics enforcement unit followed Graham to his home from a drug-dealing hot spot after hearing on their radios the teen was observed with a gun in his waistband."

"Police contend Graham ran to his house when officers told him to stop. But surveillance video shows him walking into his house, followed by plainclothes cops seen trying to kick down the front door."

" Once inside, Haste insists, he identified himself as a cop and fired at Graham point-blank in the bathroom of his house after mistakenly believing he saw a gun, police officials said.
Cops found a bag of marijuana near Graham’s body and suspected he was trying to flush it down the toilet. However, no weapon was found in the house."

" Graham’s grandmother, Patricia Hartley, 58, has said Haste and a team of cops burst into their E. 229th St. home without a warrant and killed her grandson in front of her and his little brother without identifying themselves."

" In the aftermath of the shooting, The News revealed Haste, who joined the force in July 2008, had never received specialized training for the street narcotics enforcement unit.
Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly issued an internal order this month laying out guidelines for the unit’s operations, emphasizing all cops must undergo special training before being assigned to the unit."
