How in the world are we supposed to build things here when building them there is almost fing free in comparison. What we need to do is create green jobs, jobs that are, as a matter of national security, domestically mandated. Energy grid jobs are at the top of the list. You can't build the US energy grid in China, you can't maintain it in china. It has to be domestically run and maintained. Those are the jobs we need and they take time.”
