Official Stirs Texas City With Talk of Rebellion

Official Stirs Texas City With Talk of Rebellion

“I have never heard such trash come out of Americans mouth, like I have read on here. Evil is all I can say. No wonder so many kids do not respect people, look at what they read and hear from people who are supposed to be adults. Who would want to be apart of your evil world. I live in Texas, I am a republican, I have more respect for people than any of you on here.I respect the law and only wish our government would do the same, but no they like corruption better than their citizens, but most of you are too into your own self interest to see what is going on. Remember your once Senator Obama, said, "Bush spent 4 Trillion in eight years, that is just unpatriotic", well, let's see 5 Trillion in 4 years, so what does that make President Obama? Good luck to all of us , if he is re-elected, because the life you know and love, will be no more. You know what I think is unpatriotic, when we have democratic congressional leaders; publicly claiming "supression, slavery, hangings, putting them back in chains (VP-Biden), and calling us the White Folks. I really thought we were past that, but I guess when you want to sway voters your way, then you slander other people to get what you want. It is slander, which is falsely accusing and falsely representing someone to hurt them.”

“Foreigners are visitors, Illegal’s are people who refuse to go home and live off of our government, that our tax dollars pay. How many pay into social security? How many pay federal income tax? State tax is nothing, a few cents on a dollar and that money is money paid in by federal taxpayers, not illegals. I'm tired of paying for them. Go home! The individuals that come here and follow our laws, pay the same taxes we all pay, and support their own family, I have no poblem with, it's those who don't speak English, use their babies as a ticket to free government help, that need to go. Their child's nationality should be based on the Parents nationality not the country they are born into. The constitution shoud be revised to indicate that. IF their parents are LEGAL US citizens then their new born child will be a US Citizen.”

“I'm tired of paying for them....................Paying for what??? If you're worried about paying for something, you might want to check how much of your tax dollars go for corporate welfare to the defense subcontracting industry.”

“According to research performed by the Social Security Administration, roughly three-quarters of the illegal immigrant population in the U.S. file taxes in some form, most via wage withholdings. The SSA takes in roughly $9 billion annually from such individuals each year -- and since Social Security benefits are not available to non-citizens, that free money goes to help fund benefits for citizens.”

“They do pay taxes, many pay with a Tax ID number, others through payroll deductions which they never get back on their social security and FICA deductions. Social Security is sitting on billions of uncollected taxes because of this group. They pay sales taxes in their purchases and they pay property taxes in their rent that landlords pass on. Those who work for cash only don't pay taxes, but their employers do either. Many Americans don't pay taxes either, look up GE. Just some clarification to the myths out there.”

“every person here other than the native american indians are here illegally. we stole the land from them, then, in turn, stole the land from the British once they had set up colonies here. The founding fathers created this country for anyone from any country to come here and be welcome, especially when they are coming from such a dangerous place as mexico. i agree, send the violent criminals home. but the ones that are here, let them work and pay taxes. make them pay taxes. no 10-99, they must fill out a w-2 so taxes are taken out. how can people be so hateful when your ancestors stole and killed to get the land.”

“It already is. If a US citizen gives birth to her child in another country - that child is a US citizen. My daughter was born in Egypt - she is a US citizen. McCain was born in Panama - he is a US citizen.”

“IF Exxon/Mobil and GE paid no taxes in 2010, whose fault is that? Oh, I know Former President Bush, he has been out of office for two years, but it's his fault. Oh, and he could speak without a teleprompter.
Who has not passed a budget is two years, oh wait, that woudl be the Dems, they don't feel it is a need, they just raise the debt ceiling, so Americans can pay more taxes and watch our dollars being wasted. Oh, that's good for the economy.
How many vacations did the president take in his term- across the globe, helping international economy and increasing our debt as we pay for his security, which by the way he has more security personnel than any other president. CHI- CHING$$$$
Oh and Pelosi, she gets ObamaCare exemptions for her district but force it down the throats of others. If they are exempting Obamacare for some companies who by the way supported the healthcare reform but are being excluded from the program, WHY? , HMMM, things that make you go HMMM!”

Jambala99 on May 25, 2011 at 13:57:17

“Actually, the GOP members of the House and Senate are responsible. They just had a vote on it (if you would have been paying attention) and ALL of your precious GOP voted to keep the subsidies and the taxes unchanged. So yeah, it's still your fault. As far as Vacations go, Bush was on vacation for 1/3 of his ENTIRE presidency, so you LOSE on that point as well. Show me a link for your supposed Pelosi propaganda (link please) are not smart enough for me to just "Trust Your Word"....

Let me know if you'd like to be wrong on anything else......”

“Are you serious? Did I say it was our main problem- NO- that is apart of our problem. Figure 13 million immigrants on welfare at just $1 a month is 13 million dollars a month, as you know they get more than $1 and if you consider them using all welfare benefits available, that is not a drop in the bucket. That does not include all the Americans on welfare. America has to start somewhere.
I believe every major company should pay their fair share of taxes, what I don't think is they should carry the burden by themselves.
So, what I am hearing from you , is that if you work hard, provide jobs for people, then you should share your wealth with the poor who do nothing. Wow, so that is what America is coming to- work hard, pay more and be viewed as bad guy, because you went after the American dream and succeeded. I am just your average blue collar worker who feels that everyone has to be responsible for themselves!!!!
BIG OIL, where across the ocean, because we do not want to drill here, right! It would be cheaper to drill here and create JOBS!!! JOBS, you know that place you work at and it provides income for your family and FREEDOM”

Jambala99 on May 25, 2011 at 13:38:07

“Wow, I had NO idea of the ignorance that abounds inside your little head. Show me your reputable source for your "Supposed" groups of immigrants that are taking this money (link please). 13 million is STILL a drop in the bucket compared to Big Oil (they get 4 BILLION a year for just that industry), I will do the math for you since it seems to elude you, that would be 4,000 MILLION. Illegal Immigrants pay sales tax on everything they buy, and don't really generate enough $$ to pay income tax........and just so you know, the United States has only 2-3% of the worlds oil reserves. Even if we drilled EVERYWHERE we are still 97% short on our needs, and then our environment is compromised. Besides, the oil would not be available for 10 years, and then it MAY save us $.015 a are just a sad f.o.o.l.....”

“Why does someone have to be a tea bagger? I want what is best for America, I want our economy to get back on track so we can afford to take care of our seniors. I want our governent to protect our borders from criminal elements, I want our government to stand for peace, I want Americans to prosper and build a strong economy without the government sticking their noses in peoples business. I feel that major companies have the same responsibility as everyone else and should pay their fair share of taxes. I don't however feel that others should get away with paying nothing and expect the government to pay their way too. That only increases big government....”

“Americans need to use common sense, stop paying for immigrants to live here on our dollar. Stop paying for the freeloaders to live on our dollar, enforce prisons systems to become self sufficient, that is the only way we can get America back on track. I am seriously sick and tired of hearing our government point fingers at each other and find no resolution. The blame game has got to stop. Americans are smarter than this, they know what drives an economy and if you think supporting those who refuse to build their own prosperity is building America then you all are walking around with blinders on. We pay taxes, social security and the government needs to make sure that money is used properly and have the social security available for those who pay in. We need to get tougher on crime and stop paying the price for every criminal because activist think they have a right, a human right - the criminal didn't think the victim had a right, so why are we protecting and paying a high price for those who BREAK THE LAW!!! The punishment should fit the crime.. Why are we at war amongst ourselves when we should be pulling together to find a resolution, Not all resolutions are going to be pretty for all but we have to do something. Medicare- should not be compromised, medicaid/welfare and illegal immigrants on welfare and medicaid - is abused- start there.”

“do us all a favor and go rent the DVD, 'An American President'

there is a great speech in it where Michael Douglas finally confronts his opponents smears.

The verbiage could easily be changed to reflect your comment:

America is a complex country with serious problems. the gotp doesn't want to solve your problems. they want to give you someone to blame, and remind you of better days from long ago, blah blah blah

when COMPROMISE is not allowed to be uttered by one side, there is no progress”

Jambala99 on May 25, 2011 at 12:37:55

“Immigrants on medicare/ medicaid is our main problem? You have GOT to be kidding! If you are SERIOUS about people not paying their fair share, then start with companies like Exxon/Mobile, and GE that paid NO TAXES IN 2010! Also, you can get on board with ending the tax subsidies for Big Oil, and other money wasters.

The amount of money that "Supposed" illegals would be taking out of our economy would be completely INSIGNIFICANT in comparison! Not even a DROP in the bucket....”
