On one hand, it's evidence as to how low some folks will go in their efforts to cope with a black family in the White House. It's outrageous, obnoxious, hateful, ugly and utterly uncalled for...
On the other hand, It's just a picture. It won't bite, and... it's a form of expression--nasty, but legitimate. Not so long ago, we saw plenty of W posters with swastikas and Hitler 'staches... Same difference. Nasty is legal because one persons nasty is another persons funny, or smart, or sacred or whatever...
We've got rules about that sort of thing--good ones--and it serves no useful purpose to start applying this principle selectively.”
