“I think different things work for different people. I was vegan for 7 years and one who was very careful about getting all my vitamins, protein, etc. I finally switched to a diet heavy in meats and dairy and it has dramatically changed my life. My weight is now stable (previously it would fluctuate up to 10lbs within a day), my mood and mental health is better (i was previously being treated for anxiety and depression) and my body is just better working. It didn't solve everything but it definitely made things better in a way I hadn't experienced before.
I recently got my blood type tested and thought I would check it against what Dr. D'adamo had to say, I know plenty of people who rave about the diet. Sad news was that I am A+ so this diet is way off base in my case.”
