This was a sick parent abusing his child by only speaking to him a fanasy/ficitional language. There are plenty of study on billingual child and language acciquistion. IN these studies, child can learn both the languages of their parents. Obviously, you are not knowledgable on language acciquistion nor anthropology, language is not innate, but the ability to learn language is.
