“I"m not a milk drinker, but it works for some people. if you do drink milk, of course, always buy organic, preferably from a small, local dairy, or from pasture-raised cows--it's the cleanest choice. I'm not sure we'd be seeing the current crimes--from high-fructose corn syrup to trans fats to genetically modified hormones in meat--or the current rates of obesity and diabetes if we all ate intuitively.It's a process, sometimes a long one--but worthy!”
